This is very good. Do you think that PAC couplets are dangerous? I have two sets of couplets in a 24-hour holter. I did an echo of the heart and carotids and many blood tests and all are OK. I also had a 12-lead Holter and another 5-lead Holter. I used to have 20 extrasystole / 24 hours with the 12 lead Holter and 8 with 5 lead Holter, The tests are 6 months apart. My cardiologist says is all fine but I always look for other opinions from specialized people. Now I own a personal 24-hour Holter which is consistent with the medical grade 5 lead Holter. 8 extrasystole in 24 hours, and two of which are PAC couplets. Thank you very much. Enjoyed your video but I do have a question for you, what is it when Im having over 100 PVCs a day as well around 3 PACs all in having a normal to Tachycardia Rhythm though out the day my HR is around 105 to 150BPM, I brought myself a holter 12lead ECG and it gives me a printout of all the rhythms it records daily from my 12 lead . any information is helpful thanks
