What’s so fascinating is how Deadpool was trolling the entire time asking for Francis when all he had to say was WHERES AJAX cause no one knew who Francis was 🤣🤣
that shit always gets me😂
OMG I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT
Fr everyone’s probably like who in the fucking hell is Francis! 😂 at least they were most likely all criminals
I knew somebody had to beat me to that comment! LOL
I never really thought he was "trolling" myself. I always viewed it as an accidental "oversight" on his part.
Especially given how DRIVEN he was to FIND Ajax ASAP, trolling would merely SLOW his progress.
Also, I suspect that Zamboni guy actually gave Wade a legitimate LEAD. (Maybe not DIRECTLY to Francis, but perhaps to the next "higher up"?) after Wade said "Tell me where your BOSS is!". Since THAT would be a question he COULD answer.
I love that they put Bob in here. It proves that Ryan is a huge fan. Bob is a recurring character in the comics who regularly takes henchman jobs for the various criminal organizations, and constantly runs into Deadpool during his jobs. Deadpool always spares him because they are friends. Anyone who doesn't read the comics would think this was a completely random moment. But in reality it is the best cameo in the whole movie.
Now that Deadpool is in the MCU, I really hope we get Hydra Bob. Bring back the actor from this movie, put him in a Hydra uniform, have him run and gun with Deadpool. Would be epic.
@@jamesoblivionMake it a running gag that Dopinder is jealous of Bob to the point he keeps trying to kill him.
The cab driver was based on a real guy. In high school Ryan Reynolds' best friend was also named Dopinder, according to Reynolds's Dopinder was struck by lightning during P.E. & died. So when he got to produce his own movie, Ryan Reynolds made sure to include his old friend as an homage.
At least that's what Ryan said in a couple of interviews, you can never tell when he's being serious...
Just so you know Deadpool can only heal and break the fourth wall. He can’t hear thoughts or slow down time like you guys thought. When you thought he was hearing thoughts it was just people whispering about him and the stopping time was him just breaking the fourth wall
He also has a small bit of control over the script. As with the opening credits.
Also in the comic books Deadpool had multiple personalities and most of them were aware of the others so he would often engage in conversations with himself. One of those personalities totally believed he was a fictional character which is how he can break the 4th wall.
I dont think they meant it like that 😂😂
Um actually, as seen by the bullet time scenes all throughout the movies, plus the slicing of bullets, Deadpool's reaction time is at slowest, as fast as a fruit fly, which has a very fast reaction time, plus, to think about how to cut those bullets, he'd have to have a far faster perception and thought than that of his reaction time, which again, would see the world in a rather notably slow motion, plus L, plus ratio, plus el bozo. Also, Gwenpool can read thought bubbles, and Deadpool is definitely comparable to her, even if not *AS* fourth-wall-breaking and as powerful with said breakage of that forth wall. Also in the comics the reason his speech is tinted is because his vocal cords look kinda like his skin burn wise, and he would realistically sound like a ghoul from the Fallout series.
@@spanners7343 Wasn't it confirmed by a Marvel employee that one of Deadpool's powers is the fact that he KNOWS that he is in a movie or a comic and not REAL?
The Deadpool movies are not MCU. They were Twentieth Century Fox before Disney bought them. Which is gonna make Deadpool 3 real entertaining. 😂
Just be sure to watch Logan before Deadpool 2.
Yes!!!!!!!!!
I think you mean Deadpool 3?
@@johnohrstrom5112no
Deadpool 2 spoils logan
The person is right
@@joshbrosh6626 does it?
I've only watched it once, but I don't recall it spoiling Logan, but if it does I'm sure Deadpool 3 will super spoil it!!!
@@johnohrstrom5112 yeah
The opening scene of the movie has amajor spoiler for logan
So hence why its recomended to watch logan before deadpool 2
I have been a fan of Deadpool since 1991. RIP DMX, George Michael, Stan Lee, and Sinéad O'Connor.
At least we still have Bowie...
RIP
There is no fixing his face. His cancer got the same super healing factor he got, so his entire body is constantly fighting between being Super Caner and healthy cells. It allows him to regenerate, but also makes him a little bit crazy, immune to mind control, and aware that he is a fictional character in a movie/show/comic.
Some of marketing for this movie was so fucked (on purpose) only the people who were previously familiar with Deadpool or well versed in the Sony movies knew what was coming. There were billboards advertising it as a Valentine’s Day love story. And parents who thought it was just another superhero movie brought their young kids who obviously should nott have been in the theaters. I remember a mom and her 12yr old sitting next to me and thinking “oh god she has no idea what she got herself into”
omg lol honestly i believe that
Parents bringing children was such a big problem the first weekend that Reynolds filmed a teaser that started playing before the movie warning parents to take their kids and go...and ended it with "and if you don't, this is how babies are made...."
if only there was something like an MPAA rating that could have warned them that it was inappropriate for children...
if i was 12 when this came out, i wouldn't have got in to see it, but my parents would have rented it for for, i've was watching inappropriate films for my age since i was 6
I saw this happen the second time i went to see it, a guy looking like he'd just came from church with 2 younger kids, i was waiting to see their reactions i was not disappointed right when Deadpool was talking about how he got his own movie talking about smooth criminal down under Dad marched the kids right outta there i had to laugh. the moral is check the Rating's!
I can always spot the ones who haven't seen "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" based on their reaction to the after credits moment. 🤣
I see this as some sort of a generational marker. Seeing how reactors respond to these markers tells me whether they're on the younger side of age or old.
@@Ayy_Doll_Fiddler
Sure, but for me this comment was a hint of “WATCH FERRIS BUELLER!!” 😉
This deadpool is the proper deadpool not the one from x men origins this is the real deadpool
There is no DP in in X-men origins.
Like there is only one Matrix, only one Highlander… the crimes against cinema must be expunged from Imperial Records.
@@slaaneshhedonite7068 Stryker adrdressed Weapon 11 as Deadpool in Origins.
@@Steve-up4jq It's been quite a while (fortunately) since I've seen it, but I'm _pretty_ sure that that isn't the only lie he told during that movie.
@@slaaneshhedonite7068 There are also only 3 Star Wars movies. Or maybe 5 if you count 2 and 3.
@@chaosmastermind same with Highlander, The Crow & The Matrix. These can be only one.
The rest suck ass.
The end credit scene is parody of Ferris Beuller's Day Off.
Love that movie
it's amazing and sad how many people miss that.
@@hafeya Because it came out 38 years ago. :)
Yeah. Makes me realize these are just kids watching this movie they don't know that movie.
@@sithus1966 and I watched in in high-school in 2002 and my niece knows that movie. It's a classic.
Like "it's a wonderful life"
If someone hasn't seen it, especially those who critic movies its kinda wierd... lol
Deadpool has the power of comic awareness. Superman has cosmic awareness and knows what is happening in the universe. Deadpool knows what's happening in the comics
4th wall breaking
Superman doesn’t break the fourth wall he has super hearing Deadpool’s “power” isn’t even really he power he just so insane he started to hear voices in his head and those voices told him he’s a fictional character
A "Dutch oven" is when you're in bed with someone and you fart under the covers, and then you hold the covers down and force the other person to smell it. And I learned that specifically because of this movie. 😂
Also, the sequence of Deadpool killing a bunch of people while searching for Francis becomes especially funny when you realize that he probably would've found him much easier if he had been referring to him by his codename Ajax instead of Francis. 😂😂
I worked at 20th Century Fox when this came out and saw a preview on the lot with the writers. They cheered ridiculously loudly when "the real heroes" showed up in the opening credits, it was pretty funny.
😂😂
In the comics Deadpool is technically connected to the Weapon X program. Wolverine's powers were transferred into Wade Wilson. But they managed to crank it up to a higher level. But it also cranked up his cancer.
So he's constantly healing faster than Wolverine on top of healing all of his different cancers at the same time.
A 'dutch oven' is farting under the sheets and the tag scene of him in a robe is a direct lift from the end of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, a must-see if you haven't already.
No shit
Ferris Bueller is great movie
Agreed, Ferris Bueller is one of the best of that generation.
@@zanesam5195 Nah, its just a fart. You're thinking of a cleveland steamer.
Ryan Reynolds is the perfect casting for DP because he casted himself 🤣
I swear this movie never gets old, nor does watching others reactions to it😅😉👍
Awesome reaction my dudes! I’m pretty sure that it’s the most I’ve ever heard him laugh…tho it’s completely understandable considering that basically the entire damn movie is just almost nonstop jokes! So much that your face hurts by the end. Tho props to Ryan Reynolds cause even tho it’s easy to forget as he does so much comedy…but my guy is truly an amazing actor, which totally shines thru in the more serious moments he kills it!😅👍
I was about to play some Madden… then I saw they were doing DP.
An hour later…
I love DP
I agree and it just has more people loving the movie so now the 3rd one will reach even higher box office numbers cause more want to see it.
I'm the comics deadpool had an incurable skin cancer and the experiments caused his cancer to accelerate to a point that his skin was falling off then his healing factor activated. He still has cancer the cells just heal faster than the cancer can kill him. Turning into as he call himself "a walking tumor"
3:15 that’s actually the guy who was Dhario in GOT S3, before they recast him
he is a good uk actor, first film i ever saw him in was called "ill manors"
@vt_sandman3392 it was either DP or the Transporter film he did
Keep in mind, Francis only went by Ajax. Wade was demanding that they give up "Francis" and they probably don't know who that is.
🙄😵💫 ur spectrum is showing.
@@Obelov ???
So yeah Deadpool actually takes place in the new timeline created after Days of Future Past (The one Logan wakes up in during the end of the film) where everything post 1973 is open to change. Some stuff stay the same but they'll be changes, mostly to the things fans did not like such as X-Men Origins: Wolverine not being canonical but the history of Logan himself should be similar. X-Men: The Last Stand never happens as we see both Scott and Jean alive during the end of Future Past, Charles never dies and enters his twins body. Also characters like Colossus are closer to their comic counterparts visually looking much closer to his character and actually being Russian in the film, Maybe the Colossus we saw in the original films just lost his accent, idk.
"i guess its a christmas movie after all" got me rly good :)
The robe is from ''Ferris Bueller's Day Off'', as is the whole idea of this post credits sequence. It's an homage.
got the matching outfit vibes going 🌟👌
The opening song is Juice Newton - Angel of the Morning 😂
Her name is Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Her powers are that she can build up and release concussive waves of energy. Colossus a.k.a. Piotyr (Peter) Rasputin can turn his flesh into organic steel. 😮
Blade was first introduced in Tomb of Dracula as a nemesis. Created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan.
The reason Deadpool keeps forgetting to bring his guns is movie budgetary restraints. I.E. it wasn't in the budget...lol. same reason they only show two X-Men. Maximum effort is much more economical. 😂
When Wade said Francis was using his fists on last Friday....he was implying he had no date...if ya know what I mean...😂
The end credits scene is an homage to Ferris Buehler's Day Off starring Matthew Broderick. It too had an end credits scene with Ferris in a bathrobe which for an 80's movie was rare. 😅
MMA fighter Gina Carano of Mandalorian fame (Cara Dune) played Angel Dust. The female mutant who fought Colossus. 😮
Actually, the joke that Deadpool makes about the “fist” isn’t about Ajax not having a date. It’s a reference to the act of “Fisting”. Please Google, I am not going to explain that act here. It’s kind of related to how Deadpool says on the bridge, how Ajax looks like he’s been “Pitching, not catching.” As in giving, not taking. Both of those are much more vulgar insults than what you think is just a J/O joke.
Also, Maximum Effort is Deadpool's favorite saying. Along with anything about chimichangas.
You would have to have seen "Ferris Bueller's Day off" to get the reference for the end credit seen.
Howard the Duck is technically the first theactical production in the eighties. Then there’s a Fantastic Four movie that was made for television movie that was shown in theaters but it was filmed in a different aspect ratio and then stretched to fit theaters screens.
we have to see it then!
You forgot that awful Captain America movie.
The 1986 Howard The Duck movie was horrible. Didn’t really portray the character correctly.
He has had cameos in several MCU movies and shows, and those appearances are more accurate.
In comics, dp idolize captain america
That's why wade's first thought about the name would be captain deadpool
It seems like almost all anti-heroes idolize Cap lmao Dp, Punisher, Wolverine.
You guys will absolutely love the second movie. You think it could'nt get anymore funny, badass and better one liners but Ryan and the team killed the script for the second and it was just as amazing as the first. So yeah. Makes me so excited for the third coming up because I know they put in maximum effort in making a flawless experience.
31:13 Deadpool is the character that can break the 4th wall. Even in comics he "talks" to the readers.
so unique and fun! love that !
He didn’t lie to Al about the drugs and cure for blindness BTW 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Spoilers!
"So she's basically just a big missile."
Or a Warhead you could say...
Deadpool can't hear other people's thoughts. Deadpool often breaks the fourth wall but his power set is really just regeneration/accelerated healing. He's a highly skilled fighter otherwise.
Now THIS is Deadpool. (comics aren't for kids anymore). Probably the most comic accurate adaptation of any hero/character yet. (good job Fox, you actually did something right for a change). Deadpool is officially coming into the MCU. How is that gonna work? LOL. Deadpool 3 is soley in the MCU, now, so we will see how Marvel handles this ball of fire.
Fun Fact: This was my son's first R-rated film! Deadpool is his favorite superhero.
🙃
lol it prob is gonna be our sons too when the time is right!
he has like 10 more years lol
Mega can basically generate energy based force that she can manipulate however she wants…create bombs, force fields, telepathic blasts, weapons, propel herself off the ground etc. but in the movie it’s used mostly to expel a her energy like force blast.
Mr. October: "He candy-caned him! I guess it is a Christmas movie after all." LUL
After 3 watches im now only realizing that Francis is Dario Naharis from Game of Thrones.
Excellent reaction. You two are great. Subbed. Greetings from England.
Aye! Thanks for subbing!
The post credit scene is from the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” which was the first movie to ever have a post credit scene and they recreated it with him coming out of the bathroom in the robe wondering why the audience was still there
yeah we gotta see that one lol
lol. No it wasn’t. The silencers in 1966 was the first movie with a post credits scene. Ferris Bueller was #32.
The running gag in this movie is that when Deadpool was killing the members of the organization he was saying “Where’s Francis” but truth is they don’t know him by Francis only by Ajax so they genuinely had no idea what he was talking about😂
So in comics, deadpool was part of weapon X same as Wolverine. He was given similar healing factor but cranked up very high. But that also sped up the cancer and mutated his body. He heals as fast he is dying. He is basically immortal that even lady death herself fell in love with him, that also made thanos jealous 😂😂
The thing about him asking for Francis with all the guys he was killing, was that almost nobody knew his real name was Francis lol. He knew that but was just so determined to call him by the name he hated that he just didn't care they didn't know who he was asking about
love that honestly lol
This movie was made with a very small budget of 58M. All the jokes about Colossus and NTW being the only X-Men and Deadpool forgetting his ammo bag are a result of that. Fox had very little faith in this movie, and it became the most successful R-rated superhero movie
Watch Logan before Deadpool 2
Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. You can just tell that he just waltzed onto the set and was just having the time of his life. His comedic timing is so perfect that it makes the movie so much better to watch. “I’ve never said this but don’t swallow” gets me every time! 😂😂😂😂
"At least his mouth is open"
"We forgot about that"
"About what?"
"Exactly!"
😂😂
@14:13 I really thought y'all were going to say weird science. That's the movie he was referencing.
Can't wait for y'all to watch blade 1 & 2 not 3.
If Deadpool 3 doesn't have a Kiera Knightly cameo as Cable, we should all riot
THIS IS A BANGER
So while Deadpool DOES have hyper regeneration like Wolverine, the procedure also gave his cancer cells the regeneration. And they immediately spread all around his body, including his brain, driving him beyond insane. He realized he was a comic book character, and would directly reference previous issues, as opposed to the artist just putting in an asterisk and a footnote. He'd also look into other panels on the same page so he could know what's going to happen. The insanity also gave him 2 additional voices in his head, portrayed by a pair of different colored thought bubbles, but they couldn't really do that in the movie.
Deadpool is the BEST🙏 best character ever, pure comedy, makes you laugh the whole way through. + Adventure Time is an underrated show
Lets goo! I cannot wait to watch this...
Always early! Notification gang where y’all at?! 🎉🎉
Thank You: Y'all are Officially the First-&-Only Reaction Channel to ever call-out the "X-Men Origins" Easter Egg, @16:03!
This Movie is the Best, the Funniest, and My Guiltiest-Pleasure all rolled into one!👍 Colossus was originally Russian in the Comics, and in the '90's "X-Men" Animated Series; I've never understood why those other Movies Americanized Him.
You made it!!!!
In the comics Deadpool can not only just heal and break the 4th wall and know he is in a comic book or movie but he is immortal cursed to never die.
By thanos because death is in love with Deadpool
The key aspect of Deadpool's healing factor is because it was artificially induced, unlike Wolverine's, every cell in his body, including the cancer cells regenerate constantly, resulting in his lovely complexion.
Just Ryan Reynolds’s being Ryan Reynolds’s.
47:18 it’s crazy cus they made a movie name Deadpool x Wolverine as well that came out a week ago
HASHTAG DRIVEBY
Howard The Duck is very first Marvel movie.
In the comics Thanos gave Deadpool his immortality. They were both in love with “Death” and the only way to be with her was to die.
And Vanessa in the comics is a mutant. Her name is Copycat. A shapeshifter
They should've made her like her comic book character.
@@ZavaXavier there’s a rumor she’ll make an appearance in Deadpool and Wolverine
And Blind Al was a hostage 😭
I hope so!
Deadpool was created by artist/writer Rob Liefeld. In the opening credits you see the coffee cup with the name Rob L on it. Nod to Rob. Also, when Wade walks in the bar the first time and greets his friends he says, "Buck. Liefeld">a sly nod to the creator of the character.
The guy whom Wade calls "Liefeld" in the bar actually was Rob Liefeld himself making a cameo.
Actually Deadpool is a parody of DC character Slade Wilson a mercenary known as Deathstroke: The Terminator. Created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Perez. He is a contract assassin who wears a mask, uses swords as well as pistols and other firearms. The big difference is Slade is serious and Wade is a wise cracker who breaks the fourth wall. 😂
'Negasonic Teenage Warhead'.....it's an ode to the band 'Monster Magnet' from the 1990's.
So Colossus the big metal guy who was in the X-Men movies they did him proper in the Deadpool movies and yes he is Russian
"Fists" "Oh sounds like your last Saturday night" - Sexual act of shoving your fists into holes of the human body.
Deadpool 2 doesn't scale it back at all on the personality. He's just a very perverse character. Helps that he is confirmed to be pansexual so he can just flirt with anyone. He's been that way since it was started in the comics.
Deadpool knows he is a comic character in his/our own world. His breaking of the 4th wall (talking to us) come straight from the comics.
Deadpool is part of the X-Men universe, but not a full member of that cast. Colossus is supposed to have a Russian accent, thats where he came from in the comics. Something all other X-Men movies messed up with.
No idea how far along you are in the MCU, but if you are caught up, it is safe to watch the Deadppol & Wolverine trailer.
Thanks for explaining what fisting is lol wtf?
Deadpool has super strength, rapid healing off the charts agility and reflexes. He cannot hear thoughts. That scene when he was folling his girl was a combination of people talking and his imagination piling on. The first 2 were Sony properties like Venom until Marvel finally procured them and they will now be officially in the MCU, though they've always been Marvel characters.
Great film love y’all reaction. Did y’all notice Francis the villain is Dario from GoT that got recasted going into the season y’all are on right now.
Fan fact the stalked girl is Taylor Hickson actress. She has her own movies and series, Canadian as Ryan.
Literally expect nothing less than you guys being 🔥 at carnival games.. challenge accepted 😤 lol but honestly you guys have no idea how excited I am for you to go through wandavision .. still to this day might be might fav marvel series
Might be slightly biased also with Wanda being my favorite character growing up 😅 the story hits different and just can’t wait for you guys to dive into it !!
This comment is at 15:15.
There are only two movies I can think of that would even be in (trailing behind) the running for edgiest superhero movies and they are: Kick Ass and The Watchmen.
This is the gravy of life, loving what you do.. and we as fans of The Octobers love what you do! ✌️😎👍💕
That first brochure: nice Segway.
Deadpool's real power is he can break the 4th wall...you'll noticed that he didn't talked to the camera before he got his powers
The comic book original Colossus, was a Russian, who lived on a farm and gained his abilities by protecting his little sister from a run away tractor.
there have been numerous movies over the decades based on Marvel, the very first Marvel movie was Captain America from 1944, predating Blade by 54 years.
Never clicked so fast 😂😂
You guys should watch the Marvel movie called "Howard The Duck"., it was made in the 1980's. This was not part of the MCU, as the MCU was not a thing yet. Also please watch the "Blade" trilogy, which is also made before the MCU was around.
Hype
34:00, of course, they are all strapped. It's a mercenary bar. You threaten the guy pouring the drinks for a bunch of mercs, be prepared to have every weapon in the joint pointed at you
Also fun fact Thanos in the comics was fell love with the embodiment of death but she fell in love with Deadpool and to prevent them from ever being together he used the infinity stones to make Deadpool immortal meaning on top of having wolverine's healing powers he also couldnt die.
Cap has the best origin story for me. you already know why. lmao
The Crow has a really tragic origin story. But it's a banger of a movie.
You evidently HAVE to watch Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, because you did NOT get the joke at the end of the credits. You’ll love that movie also.
Deadpool’s powerset…similar to Wolverine he was experimented on which gives him the normal superhuman speed, stamina and strength that most supes have like Captain America. DP is able to regenerate similar to Wolverine and is an expert martial artist and swordsman. The “hearing thoughts” is him breaking the fourth wall which is a quirk that has carried over from the comics. Deadpool, She-Hulk and a few other characters are the only ones with this “ability” in the mcu right now.
Other than Days of Future Past, THIS is my favorite Xmen movie. Its just so raunchy and bloody and funny, and action packed!!
The whole "Ajax" joke is a double; It is a dish soap but, the soap in itself is a pun. As Ajax was a mythical hero who sacked Greece so the dishwashing liquid "cuts through grease". Also the end credit is a homage/parody of the end of the movie "Ferris Bueler's Day Off" just a cute nod.
You two might be too innocent for Deadpool lmao. Its so good though. Strap in!
Deadpool can’t read minds or anything, that scene was just him imagining what they might be thinking, Deadpool’s powers are healing, enhanced reflexes and strength and breaking the fourth wall, that’s about it
Ryan Reynolds was in the movie that was supposedly going to be the beginning of the DCU - Green Lantern - which didn't do well at the box office and is barely referenced in the DCU movies, This is why there's a picture of Ryan in the Green Lantern costume in the opening credits - and the line "don't make the super-sut green..or animated (everyone complained about the cgi costume).
"Made you with a computer" is a reference to the 80s movie Weird Science. Watch that one.
Also, pause the deadpool in the bar. Hint: its got Bill Cosby kills Hanable Burress.
The post credits scene was a reference to another 80s movie, Ferris Bullers day off.
He’s called Deadpool: The Merc (mercenary) with a Mouth.
“ He candy caned him! “
😂 OMFG my dude……amazing!😉👌😅
Mr Sandman is used quite effectively in the original Halloween as well.
"I'm McLovin"....(superbad)
The end credit scene was a spoof of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. The one that played Angle Dust (the strong woman) is Gina Carano. Ex MMA Fighter, shes also in Fast and the Ferious 6 and Mandalorian.
The end credits are an homage to Ferris Bueler’s Day Off
The end credits go home part was an ode the movie Farris Beuller's Day Off.
You guess didn’t get the ending after the credits, that was a reference from the movie from the 80s called Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
"Negasonic Teenage Warhead"...Like a NUCLEAR warhead (missile). She's a nuclear weapon (explosions). :)
