This is so SIC.. Did you have to do any mods in the primary for the Screamin' Eagle Manual Adjuster? I can't find it on HDs website for the M8 Softail..
Awesome build and video!! Can I ask, are there any cooling issues with a bike like this? Being air cooled and no IC? How would it fair on non-highway roads temperature wise? Thank you!
As long as you ride it like it should be ridden you should have no issues with heat. We typically like to add an oil cooler to our builds, especially being from Phoenix, just to be on the safe side. Ultra Cool is our go-to.
Is that a Trask outer primary cover with the inspection cover for the manual primary adjuster?. It’s a pain taking my whole cover off to make an adjustment.
That's our Derby cover and power plate! traskperformance.com/collections/all/products/assault-series-derby-cover-with-window?_pos=4&_fid=fdbc7db05&_ss=c
I’m always curious as someone who loves to ride but is not a builder, how long does something like this take? Was the video a day of work, multiple days, just curious. Loved watching it.
We can typically pull a motor, tear it down, re-build, and re-install in a matter of a couple days. This build took us 5 with turbo kit and final tune.
This video wasn't designed to be a "how-to"...if you want more detailed videos going into detail we have plenty to choose from on our channel. Thanks for watching!
@@lowriderstlivingI’d say you’re a little low. That turbo alone is at least 11K with the tune and swing arm is 3K and then add the engine build and tune it and labor.
Jesse is a Kewl cat, met him bch in Huntington bch....He was dating dat Hollywood chick at the time, Sandra B bck then, nonetheless was at Golds gym in huntington Bch, dwn to earth homie!!
Awesome build, now can that motor run for hundreds of miles at high rpm without liquid coolant or does it explode into smithereens...😂😂😅😅😅 i ran my vrod in second gear at whopping hours, and two days i reached my destination at constant max speed 1500 miles without a problem. Yeah i think ill keep mine or just keep getting the old vrods to upgrade the engine its the way to ride and tear up the open road at least i get to keep up behind with the rest of the ducati diavel and Japanese speed monsters buddies. Its all i can say about that.and for all who have not ridden a motorcycle like we do you're irrelevant just like the dust we blow of the road.Rain wet cold and hot 120 degrees and when soaking wet we stop at laundromat to dry up lol....
Short answer, yes. Our turbo kits are the best bang for your buck when it comes to dependability. We run them on stock applications and beat the bag off of them all day long with no issues. If you know how to ride and keep up with your oil changes you should never have an issue. From stock to fully built engines, our turbo kits are reliable.
Awesome! Final product and good highlights of the detailed assembly work awesome! Final product and good highlights of the detailed assembly work... 😂twice? Speech to Hell🪄
You know you’ve made it when a top OG bike builder requests you build them a bike 😎
That's the best Fuckin tear down & build back up video I've seen in a long time! You guys know your stuff!! AMAZING time laps. Nicely done men!
Thanks a lot!
amazing work.. you guys and fueling are killing it.
Thank you!
this is the team that know how to build correctly and professional
this guy knows what he’s doing! 👍

I remember when 100 hp out of a evo was impressive. Trask has always made nice parts and deserves the credit for continuing to innovate!!!
Thanks for watching!

Killer build boys!!
❤🔥
amazing Hi Dollar build for an Long time Biker builder himself .
Did you guys swap out the Fueling 487 cam for the S&S 550 cam after the shake down miles?
He said fueling cam at the end
@@hengloose @8:30 he says " S&S 550 cam"
Whose billet primary cover is that, and billet head covers?
Did you guys change cams? Fueling cam first then says S&S 550 cam? Did the S&S make better power?
We ended up going with the S&S 550 cam.

Great build! But the bigend wont last long....

All that work to trade for a pistol?
A custom JJFU pistol! And it was a good excuse to take a trip out to Texas.

But they forgot to upgrade 1 important thing the brakes.
We focused on building up the powertrain, i.e. the engine, turbo, and primary. Jesse and his team are building the rest of the bike.

Yea. Pretty lame video for a “celebrity” person build
there’s another part big guy.
@@allgasmedialink or video title to part 2?
What “celebrity”? Sure you don’t mean Jesse.
I have to agree with you at least dump the back ground music … I have to admit tho I’m kinda jelous
James ain’t who he used to be. Still a crazy build.
Or you could buy an M1000XR and make the corner
these softail frames handle really good... have you tried one?
Yeah but then you would no longer be cool. Pros and cons.
