Yes, a beautiful home makeover, but also a powerful reminder that He has blessed you, but that it is more important to treasure His heavenly gifts. The apartment will come and go, but His ultimate home for us is in heaven, and it's better to focus on that, even while rejoicing in the earthly things He gives us. But I looked up at (cough, cough) age and saw that although I have accomplished some, I really need to succeed in accomplishing more. And this time the accomplishments have to be me as a person. Being more mindful, caring, empathetic, sincere, faithful, dedicated, slow to anger, quick to forgive, etc... So this time because these goals are the most important in my life to succeed at, I am for the first time making my list of goals very short sometimes only working on one at a time.
