All these songs are theirs. This is a medley of songs from throughout their career from their 2014 debut track Mr Ambiguous to their latest songs at the time this video was shot in 2020, Dingga and Aya. The song title is listed on top with the album and year of release underneath. As you said, these songs are extremely varied in style and they're just the tip of the MMM iceberg. They have one of the most diverse discographies of any group I've encountered. Moomoos (Mamamoo fans) like to say Mamamoo can sing anything and write a song about anything and that's not much of an exaggeration.
You'll almost always see MMM lined up as they are in this performance - Moonbyul, Solar, Wheein & Hwasa. You might have noticed that they also referred to Moonbyul as Moonstar. Moonbyul is aka Moonstar because Byul means Star.
I think the bass line and chord progression in Mr Ambiguous harken back to r&b and soul music from the 50's and 60's and from there back to big band swing but it's not like those classic sounds ever really went out of style or weren't also heard in the 80's. :)
Nice observation about the way they matched the phrasing and stresses in Starry Night to the rhythm and great comment about how Moonbyul's rap always seems to come in just when you need it. She ups the energy and adds a different color to every song and her rap verses never seem out of place or shoehorned into songs just to give her something to do.
The translations in this video weren't very accurate. Aya is a breakup song and the spit in your face line will make much more sense if you check out the subtitles in the MV.

Mamamoo is the vocal queens of kpop. Yes, stanning them is the right thing to do. Please do more MV reactions of them. They've been around for more than 7 years with 14 albums under their belt. One of the greatest vocalists in girl groups, if not the best, out there. Each of them is an accomplished and successful soloist as well.
From the rapper on down the line it's Moonbyul, Solar, Wheein, and Hwasa. Moonbyul and Wheein literally just had solo comebacks (Moonbyul January 19th with Lunatic and Wheein January 16th with Make Me Happy) and Hwasa also recently had a solo comeback at the end of November 2021 (with a song called I'm a 빛) if you feel like checking out some of their solo music (Solar hasn't had a solo comeback since 2020 though. Her last one is called Spit it Out which came out in April 2020. She tends to focus more on her youtube channel solarsido but she does do covers on her youtube channel, so there's that lol. Though, I believe she did do an OST just a few months back... if I remember correctly lol)

usually what most reactors react to next from Mamamoo is their Immortal Songs Medley. this is a medley like this one but it's not their songs. Mamamoo perform in a competition show called Immortal Songs 2 where the competitors remake older songs from 60's, 70's, etc and compete with other singers. Mamamoo - Immortal Songs Medley is songs they performed in the show. when you see this you won't even realize it's not their songs, and yet it feels like it's their songs. this is how good they are. the full versions of their Immortal Songs performances are on a playlist on youtube with English subtitles. all are amazing songs.

If you in awe with their vocal, you must watched their performances, they're amazing and so stable. That's why we, moomoo (mamamoo's fandom) always says that their eating studio before performing, so to proof that they're really singing live, sometimes they change the lyric and or doing add libs.

I don't think anyone's commented this yet, but Hwasa - the one you were thirsting over (don't we all?!) - was actually ill this day. She still managed to sound absolutely gorgeous and perform, which is just insane to me! You should definitely check out Immortal Songs Medley and their performance of I Miss You on Queendom - they changed up the lyrics to dedicate it to their fans
