Beautiful scenery... Clearly enjoyable (healthy!) dumplings😅 and yes the bus was always going to pull out on you with the most affectionate snow white cat now your new and most favourite pillion ... 😺
I still think about the dumplings. Gonna have to learn some recipes. Yep the buses do what buses do, at least I found a quick way round. This route was disappointing really, I had no idea it’d be that built up right to the top, but overall I enjoyed my short stay in Slovakia - it felt like a cheerful country. I spent a few hours on a motorway across the middle and had a lot of fun keeping up with the locals on what was quite a twisty dual carriageway.
Hi Liz, lovely scenery and sunshine I'm not surprised you felt happy despite your never ending cold or covid, good to have new tyres even if they still had some life in them it gives you peace of mind, you made me chuckle 😃 when you said are they shaming cages I can just imagine someone locked 🔒 in them ,traffic light theft high out there? You said to me you are back home now, but you didn't say if you have got rid of those horrible germs, I hope you have, look after yourself Liz, Best wishes Roy 👍 😊.
That the sort of thing I look for to eat when riding all day alone. Find proper cooked food not "fast food". What a great ride you had today makes me want to get out there again ASAP. You got some hot tar it's right bloody stuff to get off.
I didn’t realise you were travelling so far. Amazing journey, stay safe. Is the S1000RR economical for long distance touring? At least three large Wodka and orange drinks in the evening should help with a cold I find 😊
You may find your next holiday more interesting if you learn a bit about your destination countries before you start out. Simple things like geography, culture, history, politics, traffic regulation, climate and language can make a world of difference. Studying a map before trusting a GPS route can make a lot of difference too. Remember your complaints about straight roads in Denmark? Air fields in Finland. And....and....and... Get well soon and ride safe ♥ EDIT: You really know when to try and enjoy the local food. It makes me happy ♥
I’ve had Covid a few times and it didn’t feel the same, but when I got home it came back full force and has lingered for weeks so maybe it became covid later in, however, no one has caught it from me so who knows
motorcar from Slovakia is late. In Slovakia there are many beautiful roads full of curves with excellent asphalt. There are many videos and tips on where to ride and what to see on TH-cam. If you ever come back to us, I will be very happy to give you some suggestions of roads where you can go for a ride. th-cam.com/video/69-MsEKLEGY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=IcObAc76vi8p5OYM
Smashing video, have now added Slovakia to the travel list!
Those mountains look like the Carpathians…… stunning in the sunshine. Great tour BTW.
You are certainly not British! You have learned a bit of geography! If you also had learned languages you would have written Karpaty. Ride safe!
Taky jsou to Karpaty.

Good looking set of Metzelers on your bike, Liz.
beautiful scenery, such a change from the previous routes! the one thing that baffles me is how are you able to do all that having a cold
'And that; is how you battle through a Cold/Flu/Covid/Nasty bug etc!'
Class act.

Well done riding and posting videos! When I am sick I just want to curl up in a fluffy blanket! Mind we get man flu?? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lovely. I always take some supplements with me to offset bad eating habits 😀 We all respond differently but NAC works well for me with inflammation.
CAT! ❤
nice views....don´t forget the kitty when u leave...😁
In poland we recently had snow so maybe it's good you gonna go around it...
I didn’t realise you were travelling so far. Amazing journey, stay safe.

14 km/l for the S1000RR is great! It's about half the milage of my SV650 (over 9000 km).
Hi great vid look like a load of liquid tarmac any road repairs on your ride hope your better soon rid safe

RR1kitty😂
"Figure out how to overtake" on a 1000RR? Hunch down a little, twist the right handle in an aggressive fashion. 😂
And possibly end up on your backside if it's a little slippery.
And pay at the petrol station - if it's not too far away....
Hmmm sounds more like COVID than a nasty cold.🤒😷
I’ve had Covid a few times and it didn’t feel the same, but when I got home it came back full force and has lingered for weeks so maybe it became covid later in, however, no one has caught it from me so who knows
Now you know how us men feel when we get the flu!!
