30:06 Logging them out would be a bad idea as sometimes work just doesn't get over on time. They should get notifications about their time running out instead, so that they could wrap up.

What happens to the junction object if one parent owd is set to private and other parent OWD is set to public read/write?
It will take the lowest security among the two, so in your case it will take the private owd for junction object

how to disable manual sharing....it is enable even if i select OWD is private for opportunity object
If OWD is private then manual sharing will be enabled, you have to change it to public read only or public read/write to disable manual sharing button

Manual sharing button will not display once you change it to public, you don’t have disable anything

@21:17...There is a default/standard lookup relationship between Account and Contact, not a Master-Detail relation. Please avoid such examples....Rest your doing amazing...👏
I know it’s written lookup when you check there but when you delete account it will delete its contacts as well which is a master details feature. Try once and let me know if it is still the case

We can say it as lookup with cascade delete. If I am not wrong. 😊
Yes that is correct. That is one of the master details feature but it there for account contact look up

you are correct, But in salesforce the relationship between account and contact is Lookup at UI level (We can create contact without populating the Account field) and Master-Detail at OWD level (Cascade deletion is possible). That's the Reason it is called as a Special Kind of Relationship in Salesforce.
