I originally wrote this as an instrumental based around the bassline in the verses like 6 or 7 years ago. Around 2 years ago I wrote the lyrics and recorded this version. The song is about having never really thought much about the future when I was younger and now that time has crept up on me, I get to discover the kind of person I am.
