This team needs established offensive talent. AP didn’t have the talent that McDaniels had when he took the job. McDaniels got rid of the talent. They should have extended Josh Jacobs prior to the 2022 season.

I know it was not all on him, but guarantee you O' Conell is much smarter than Minchew and in real life football (the real game) he would have figured out how to attack the defense and got more focused towards the end of the game. I'm just gonna call it out, I like Sanjit, but he is terrible at evaluating qb's, but so is most of the NFL. O' Connell has some intangibles. Sometimes the QB affects the defense too. It's not just the Adams trade. I think to make a real effect on offense we have to put a real leader up front. Even if O' Connell isn't loud he can be a leader. Let's see what he gots. That means all those years of drafting, and losing, are all void. They don't mean anything. We have to give these guys time to turn it around. It's the reason why no one wants to come here. Harbaugh had no interest in coming here, and Kliff left us high and dry. It's because coaches who have a choice, choose the other team. The grass always looks greener on the other side, until no one wants to coach for us, so we end up getting some washed up coach or some no name.

The thing I see, why is it 99% of the time we run on first down. I think we passed only one time on first down. This is pro football even high school football here in Bakersfield California They throw on first down. several times we ran on first down and second down consecutively to me this is AP doing. he has stated in the past We are going to be a running team.

They really should've benched Minshew in the second quarter. I know it was not all on him, but guarantee you O' Conell is much smarter than Minchew and in real life football (the real game) he would have figured out how to attack the defense and got more focused towards the end of the game. I'm just gonna call it out, I like Sanjit, but he is terrible at evaluating qb's, but so is most of the NFL. O' Connell has some intangibles. Sometimes the QB affects the defense too. It's not just the Adams trade. I think to make a real effect on offense we have to put a real leader up front. Even if O' Connell isn't loud he can be a leader. Let's see what he gots. I swear this is just how I said the season would be if we started Minshew. Fuck a running qb. That's not always the answer. Sometimes a smarter qb is better. Montana was a smart qb. I've been saying this for a long time.

As a Raiders fan, personally I say Maxx is part of the problem.
Last year I begged the Raiders to not bring back Antonio Pierce, because I saw what a terrible coach he is.
