Lads can I ask you a question as I’ve just fitted this same intake to my a45 and the metal circle you locked the air flow sensor into was it fixed in place or did the metal circle just spin as mine does, it even comes out!! I’ve had to take it out hold with pliers to lock it into it then slot it back into the rubber hose yours seemed to just lock in was yours loose or fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m having issues and I think it might be this that’s causing the car to run wrong
Just being Hayden hi one utube clip i watched said don't do it the mercedes engineers have built it that way so if you screw around with it your air flow meter will detect trouble who knows but i dont need dramas going on with the computer ..may just leave it stock
Disconnect the battery before unplugging anything... especially the ECU.
Dont think it said it in the instructions lol probs should of dude

how much power do you get with just doing the air filter my mecanic said none i would like to know from stock to dino test to see do you know kw or hp
Peter Moygannon alright buddy wouldnt of thought it would of been much just better airflow probs between 5 to 10 bhp in guessing 🙂
