Pretty sure that was from a couple years ago when they had to play with no fans because Baltimore was rioting, pretty much for the same reason people are rioting lately. They ended up having to play the next series against the Rays in Tampa (even though it counted as home games for the O's) because it took about a week to get everything under control.
That was good. Phanatic will even go into opposing booths...once went into Mets booth during game in Philly and Gary and Keith tried to console him over Mr. Met being ranked top mascot over him.
