Lonavala to Hyderabad Family Drive I Family Roadtrip in Kia Sonet I September 2024

Join us on an exciting family road trip as we travel from Khopoli, near Lonavala, to Hyderabad, covering a distance of approximately 650 km in just 12 hours! 🚗👨‍👩‍👦
We began our journey at 8 AM from Novotel Imagica Khopoli, entering the scenic Mumbai-Pune Expressway and heading towards Pune. After a smooth drive through Pune, we started searching for lunch but had to wait until 12:30 PM to enjoy a mouth-watering Fish Thali and Mutton Bhakri meal, complete with delicious Bajra and Jowar Bhakris.
On our way to Solapur, we passed by the stunning Ujjani Dam, overflowing with beauty and water! After a quick stop in Solapur to grab some fresh bananas, we continued towards Naldurg, where we had a brief document check by the Maharashtra Traffic Police.
Crossing into Karnataka near Omerga, we stopped for an early dinner at the famous Dhami Punjabi Hotel, enjoying flavorful Punjabi Dal and Roti. Before leaving Karnataka, we filled up on diesel at COCO BP Baswakalyan, taking advantage of Karnataka's low fuel prices.
Finally, we entered Telangana near Zaheerabad and, after a few more hours of driving, safely arrived home in Hyderabad.
