I moved to central FL during hurricane Matthew. Brian was on air in Orlando and calmly predicting Matthew's arrival. He held a special weather report for children, a specific time where he talked and prepared children for tve hurricane. He described what they would hear and assured them that he and there parents were here to take care of them and to listen to their parents and weather reports. He assured them they were going to be ok that is was going to be rough for a little bit but everything would be ok. I was stunned 😯. I had never seen such a compassionate weather report.each time I watch Brian I think about that special broadcast. We are blessed to have you as our weatherman. Thank you for your work Brian.

A welcome reprieve after the relentless heat of the pass weeks. I'm in Cascade and the Hills are still covered in heavy clouds and a constant light rain.
