It makes a lot thing about Islam clearly administered in Malaysia, from the halal food, daily practices, Islamic finance until the shariah court. Every muslims in Malaysia must follow the same rules and fatwa by the federal and states Islamic department. So its will prevent any problem and thought about the Islamic practices in Malaysia.
And you fail to mention that some states are very predominantly 80% to 98% Muslim like Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang & Perlis. No state has less than 35% Muslim. Even Penang has 45% Muslim, Sarawak 40% Muslim & KL 45% Muslim. The rest has at least 58% Muslim.
