    A lot of extra work for nominal difference. Thanks for the review. I’ll pass, plus you’ve showed us other “tricks” to make a pony better that are way less complicated.

      I agree it's more work the first time, catch that learning curve, but once you know how to do, it DOUBLED the thickness of her pony!!! I gotta say, after being on targeted therapy for three and a half years for breast cancer, my hair has thinned so much that my ponies are only about half the width they used to be!! That's a huuuge difference!

    I’ve done this with cork from a liquor bottle. It’s super easy separate the hair in 2 . One pony top of apex. Hide the cork, add rest of the hair ( bottom half) with another elastic. It’s my instant volume builder for a pony tail.

    Thank you thank you for your honest, real opinion, trial and retrial of putting it in!!! I love that you had a try a few times to get it right! Thanks for wearing it for the day and then giving your feelings about it, I really appreciate it! You are the best! And so beautiful! My head is VERY sensitive to any hair pulling, drives me nuts. Does it stay in place? Even though I have med thick hair, ponies seem to slide down and don't stay perky :( . I may have to give this one a try! I have tried many that don't work like they claim. Love all you hair tutorials, you are always an inspiration!!💝💖💗💞

      You're so welcome! It does not move and definitely stays in place! Try it and if you don't like it, return it! That's why I love Amazon Lol

    I don't think I have enough hair to cover the ponytail thing. It does make a nice ponytail.

      I did find a video on their TikTok with very thin hair and short hair using it. I dunno! It’s hard telling. They def need more sizes!!

    I have mixed feelings about this thing. I've got one and it does make my ponytail thicker but it looks a bit unnatural (I mean the angle between the head and the pony). Especially when it comes to a high ponytail with this volumizer. So I do use it but only for low ponytails.

      Oh interesting!!! What is your hair like? Thin, short, long, thick?

      @RESHALA_EGE 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      My hair is medium-lengh, with average thickness (not too thin, not very thick).

    I'll pass. Thank you for the review though. I've never heard of it because I refuse to have anything to do with tik tok. 😂

    Your ponytail wasn't much thicker with the pony popper in but maybe if you used a larger one it would make more of a difference, what do you think?

    • @LaineyMarieBeauty
      @LaineyMarieBeauty  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      The base of the ponytail is thicker and it lifts it. Doesn’t make my ponytail look any thicker, aside from the base! I like it and it does what it claims which I appreciate Lol. But not life changing! Unfortunately, they just make one size. I’d love to try a larger one!

    It looks quite nice tbh. I think though when I do ponytails, I want them to be quick and easy and on the go so can fix it anytime lol, but it sure does give more volume and way more oomph. looks so great overall. I wonder if you could do the same thing with a scrunchi? lol, cause I feel like that would be kind of interesting to see if it did the same thing, but I don't know. Anyway, this was really helpful to see. Thank you! Also, I love your channel it's so lovely to watch (also satisfying to see hair get done in such beautiful ways haha) and I can't fully remember when but I think I have been watching you for a year but it never gets old! thank you for the effort you put into these videos!! Love you so much!! btw You are so beautiful!!🥰😘😘💖💖

      Im not sure about the scrunchi! I know what you mean though, so I'd have to try it and see! And thank you for being here and following along. Truly appreciate it!!

    Looks like more work than I want to do. For me I'll just stick to my normal ponytail. Thank you for showing us.

    It never worked for me:(. Not sure if it was defective, if my hair was too heavy or just isn't meant for this, or what ... but that pony popper kept popping OPEN. It never securely stayed closed. So frustrating when you buy something everyone is raving about and it doesn't work:(

    A great to get volume on hair and ponytails is texture powder! I love that product so much, it’s a miracle worker ❤

    • @LaineyMarieBeauty
      @LaineyMarieBeauty  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You know, I'm just not the biggest texture powder fan. It definitely works but I feel like I have to wash my hair after using it because it feels so stiff and dirty Lol!

      @@LaineyMarieBeauty Oh I see. I admit, it can be a little hard to get rid of. Instead of washing it completely, I like to use detangler :)
