This was my concern as well. However when you inspect in person that there is quite a slope from fireplace down to the creek, the property has been built up to account for nearby creek. We inspected a day after huge deluge/flooding that occurred in Sunny Coast in January and the house/shed/pool was untouched. The property is also situated on a road that's higher than other nearby roads. Worth checking out in person.
@@gretavonseidel6486 we did see it in person early Feb. So you are saying the day after that heavy rain that lower area was dry?
I'll be saving to buy 2 tickets in the next one. Great cause but not a nice home. Acreage yes but shipping container home not for me. I know it will make someone happy though. I like to dream about living in the house - not selling it. ps black sheds are a very bad choice up here in the heat
