Having suffered multiple miscarriages myself I simply cannot imagine having to go ANYWHERE and do ANYTHING let alone go on a stage and have to PERFORM after having just had a miscarriage. My heart goes out to her so much!! That must have just been so so so awful, hurtful, dark and sad. What a very strong woman she is. All the love.💛💛💛

I would have NEVER thought of her as a diva. I met her, years ago, after a performance at a gala and I met her in a setting where she could've been a "diva" but she was so sweet and down to earth. I mean, truly down to earth. She was hella genuine to everyone there.

But to find out that they didn’t clear the sample/tried to act like they didn’t sample her is mind blowing. I was born in 86 but I knew the original song right off the top. I guess it’s a generational thing and also musical influences from what your parents was listening too. I’m an old head, I grew up with my grandmothers and mom(who was a teen parent) so my music ear have a full range.
Born in 1985 I heard the sample too. My mom loved CeCe Peniston in the 90s. My mom used to workout to her music. I remember my mom having the cassette tapes 😄

HeyTasha that last part needs to be said and females/women need to do better and support each other regardless. Women don’t even support each other after learning of other women’s trials. The female gender seems to be deprived of love in general. Wake up ladies because we have no support if we have no sisterhood or female unity. That’s why our gender has been oppressed for so long and used to it living with Stockholm syndrome and society turning a blind eye to the injustices females are dealt.
