Just be careful if you’re in a calorie deficit, i have weighed all the ingredients in my TeamRH App for the pancake bowls and individually they’re 728cals each, hopefully i wont need any lunch today.
Please don’t mislead people. If you measured correctly and according to recipe, each bowl is 450cal. That’s including 25g of blueberries and 25g of raspberries in each. That’s like regular breakfast
@ i am from the UK and I measured all the ingredients as listed and added them to my food app calorie counter and that was exactly what it said, i re measured everything again an it all still came out the same.

Thank you for your recipes. I need a recipe. Not creative enough or brave enough to experiment 😅but I need high fiber for health and high protein for my intense workouts. My protein shake is getting boring as well and protein bars ❤
The one with yogurt is a bit fluffier, but you can taste the yogurt a bit☺️ But if you don't like cottage cheese at all, Greek yogurt should work also in the cheesecake pancake bowl recipe instead of cottage cheese!
I love your content, but your sound is terrible. Why upload videos with such poor quality sound. Constantly turning up your videos is annoying and disrupts the flow. Your voice often trails off. Please look at these issues. You sound echoey, as if your camera/phone is far away from you. This happens on all of your videos. Love your content though.
