    I am a television and film actress who ventured out into digital content creation with SHITTY IDEAS TRENDING. This venture is thanks to my elder daughter Areeza (2012), who drove me to start my own business so as to spend the maximum time with her. I also am a mother to an adorable son, Arham (2019) who keeps me on my toes all the time! I am a certified Waldorf educationist. I also am an Instagram mommy blogger. I also have a channel called BE SAFE where we create videos on how to be safe online.     Since you like cold coffee, try cold coffee with almond milk. It tastes yummy and is dairy free. It will satisfy your coffee with milk craving. I've developed a sensitivity to lactose and this works for me.

    I gave up processed sugar. It is a radical thing. U will know how it affects u within 10
    days flat. Substitute with Proper Jaggery. Very tasty and will totally satisfy the sweet tooth. These days markets are flush with alternatives. Today I tried a vegan Magnum icecream and was blown by how yumm it was. The icecream brand is Minus 30! Processed Sugar causes general inflammation, which simply causes endocrine stress. Even if u don't go overboard and cut it to zero, please do significantly replacing it. it would become an essay if I actually wrote, how radical the effects were. I had done it as part a detox diet called Whole 30. 30 days on only eating Whole Foods. I have not been able to repeat it....but the 30 days that I did, caused a major shift and everyone around me noticed the change. It was that clear. All the best. As we see you, you seem super fit, so it baffles us when someone as fit and youthful looking as you goes thru chronic health issues. And health is 100% the truest wealth!

    Hey Chavi, I really hope you read this… too much coffee is bad for bones. Ofcourse, other factors can be there too but reducing coffee will only do good. Take care!

    Please stop vegetable oil …that’s the no 1 culprit….u can have coconut oil or mustard oil or olive oil and make sure they r all cold pressed.

    If you can...take allergy sensitive tests,might be some food items,drugs related to your therapy.

    Dear try to avoid dairyprodcts and animal protien for a month or two then go for millets start having once in a day.

    It seems illogical but I had similar rashes only on my right thigh, I thought it is some skin disorder l showed to many dermatologists but no relief. I had started a new diet for thyroid and was advised to take one Brazil nut daily to balance thyroid hormone . Plus there were other diet changes, when I did food intolerance test. And found Brazil nut was at number 1 in the list of food items which were highly allergic for my body. It might be different food items for different person. Those rashes were so horrible. I thought it will never heal. But when I stopped taking Brazil nuts, slowly my rashes disappeared within 2 weeks. Since then I don’t eat Brazil nuts daily. May be one in a month or so. I can’t avoid Brazil nuts as it is very effective for controlling thyroid hormone. Because I have observed if I start taking Brazil nuts daily again then rashes come back. Food item which is very good for my thyroid disorder but has a negative effect on my skin. You have tried so many treatments already, why don’t you to give it a try. It’s a simple blood test. When I see you like this it reminds me of my horrible experience. It’s very frustrating when we don’t know the root cause of our suffering. I hope it helps to anyone who is going through something like this.

      She proudly showed the breast scar then this is nothing she is concealing because the stitches have to be healed properly and also she is shooting so to avoid the makeup at that area.. 🙂

    It's a beautiful feeling to wear our mom' saree.. I have been a fan of your show, watching every single episode of yours since 2015 0r 2016 . I watch ur channel when ever am down and when ever I have boredom obviously. But u should know the reason I watch it since almost 7 yrs , it's because of the woman you are chavvi ❤. I saw ur blogs, family time, these great episodes of SIT.
    I feel little disappointed, when I see a health conscious woman has to endure all these ailments , but our world and its toxins become like that.
    About the rash, it's on ur body that's not usually exposed to sun ,so I don't think it's because of sun. What I feel is
    1) perfume 2) Body lotion 3) Any new cloth conditioner or detergent .. or any chemical makeup that u r using on ur neck or something, this is what I feel. May be rule out those things too.
