    Thanks for the explanation! What will the next video be about? The structures and capacities of the 47 prefectural governments and the governors? Gubernatorial elections seem to be a big deal in Japan after all

    I always wondered why there isn't a prime minister who came from the House of Councillors since nominees aren't necessarily required to be from the House of Representatives.
