It's pretty obvious. This is a Thanos that was more brutal in his cause with less mercy. Infinity War Thanos sees himself as a savior and probably pities all the people trying to stop him
Dude, in infinity war Thanos did some scary stuff too. Like brutally killing the asgardians, beating the crap out of hulk, throwing a freaking moon and the scene in which he comes out from the portal in wakanda was legit like something from a horror movie.
Interesting about Tony's Vision in Avengers Age of Ultron is that it doesn't have The Year of when That Version of Thanos vs Avengers Happened. It could have been in 2015 in a Different Universe( Time Travel may not be Involved).
It isn't a bug, it's like I'm travelling 2 years in the past & my 2 year old home's WiFi connects to my future phone automatically because of the same IP-address & the admin of the WiFi and past version of mine can acess my files. Nebulla should have turned off the 'auto-connect' feature or should have removed her home's Wifi credentials before travelling into the past.
Not being funny but I can’t imagine Gamora or nebula being a child of Thanos. Think of the other children. It sometimes takes multiple avengers to take them out. Imagine if in guardians Thanos sent the other options to help Rohnan. The guardians may have lost
Peter Quill is just such a badass. It almost doesn't matter how powerful you are, he will trick you, outmanouver and best you. Also he had powers of God. Also Groot is pretty damn powerful.
I think it also has to do with the fact that Gamora and even to some extent back then Nebula weren’t really on their fathers side when it came to collecting the infinity stones even keeping the location of one of them hidden now his other children we’re definitely very malicious in nature and we’re fully devoted to his cause
@@alexbolt5 I agree with you, but you’re talking about nature. Not fighting skill or power level. Given that, 1:04 is the first time I saw Thanos in full battle-armour form, as opposed to the exhausted farmer in the beginning of the movie. The Infinity Stones give off a specific trail of cosmic energy. It's possible that Thanos could have made a device to track that power and told Ronan to follow it. Ronan figured out that the orb was on Morag, and he told Thanos that it's where the trail ended. That's my theory anyways. We'll probably never know for sure tho
A year old comment but isn't it specifically told that Thanos sent Ronan to find the Orb/Infinity Stone, Thanos promised Ronan the destruction of the skrulls I think for the power stone but he didn't need to tell him what he was in possession off since it would be dumb
While it is fantasy I do remember reading in a similar sci-fi work that explained the prominent use of bladed/melee weapons was down to it being an effective counter to advancing armour. Sure firearms (whatever they would be called) get better. But then on the flip side armour would get better to counter it. Not unlike how our own technological develops. Armour that can stop bullets can’t stop knifes. So if in making a fictional universe the same rules could apply. It would be a good way to explain the effectiveness of a lightsaber in the star war universe. Another factor to consider that Gamora, Nebula and especially thanos arn’t normal people (not unlike everyone in the MCU). They are super-human and the normal rules don’t apply to them. They can take a bullet (when it is story convenient) or a laceration. So in that circumstance why would you use a normal gun and waste your time in a back and forth fire fight? When you can just bull rush in (cause their weapons basically give you tick bites) and just kill them quickly. There is also an element of vanity to consider as close quarter is probably a lot of more fun and engaging. Thanos loves to fight.

Thanos solo collect all the stones from the universe most powerful being like dr strange vision and beat almost every superhero and people still thought that thanos is weak🤣
The MCU ruined Thanos’s outfit. It should’ve looked the way it did in Guardians Of The Galaxy. It looked perfect and just like the comics…and it actually made Thanos look scary and not stupid.
like there's no way in physical reality they could even move like that, and don't you "oh it's magic" me, regardless of the proposed mechanism of their functioning, their flailing would be an active hinderance to movement as it *would* affect balance and therefore centre of force requirements for actual thrust.
This is literally a plot hole as ancient one explained what you do in the past doesn't affect your future self,so nebula cannot project hers future self as rules established by this movie.
For nebula it is different. Her mind seems to be connected to a server of sorts. So when future Nebula came into this timeline the server started getting uploads from her mind, which is why the past nebula received them as well.
The ruthless 2014 POS version of Thanos; before 2015-2018, before the defection of her two "daughters" that made him a "bit" softer and more reflexive; before he eventually came to respect (even admire) some of the Avengers.
How come MCU Thanos doesn't use the Infinity Stones to create and provide enough resources for everybody in the universe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
@@therealistintheboot8822 yeah i mean i know that... what i was getting at was that gamora says is the first one they find (power stone) but the mind stone doesn't count? They didn't know it was a infinity stone?
Yeah that shit has never made any sense. This version of Thanos would never give up one of the Infinity Stones once he had it. Blame that one on Joss Whedon.
He knew it was the Mind Stone, it was given to him by The Other the Chitari leader. Thanos gave it to Loki to command the Chitari to get the Tesseract which holds the Space Stone. He knows where the Mind Stone is on Earth but is patiently waiting to get it back since Loki failed. At this point in time Thanos knows Mind Stone - In Scepter on Earth Power Stone - Ronan located on Morag Space Stone - In Tesseract on Asgard Reality Stone - with the Collector in Knowhere Time Stone - Unknown until Dr Strange uses it on Earth Soul Stone - Hidden Thanos doesn’t want to move until he knows he can locate all 6 stones, if it’s known he’s not only looking for Infinity Stones but gathering them the entire universe is on high alert 🚨 he only succeeded in Infinity War because he finally knew he could get all 6 fast and ambushed planets to get them
Because it's irrelevant what year it is. Not irrelevant like it doesn't matter what time She and Rhodes traveled to, but like it itself. It only mattered what timeline they traveled to, whatever different year everyone in the universe at that point determines it to be is completely irrelevant.
When you realize that, in spite of the music tone and movie beats, those aliens at the beginning are soldiers defending their home and people.

Nebula always had this sinister look. you can tell she was raised by thanos but inside, theres love. at least for gamora.
Nebula looks moving so fast and yet smooth in this part (0:24 0:35 1:29) ... Not sure if they accelerated it or its just the actress doing a good job with her body.
Somehow Thanos with his whirley helicopter blade was scarier than Thanos with four of the power stones.
@@alastor1227 This was Thanos when he was Younger
Interesting about Tony's Vision in Avengers Age of Ultron is that it doesn't have The Year of when That Version of Thanos vs Avengers Happened. It could have been in 2015 in a Different Universe( Time Travel may not be Involved).
@@hurricane7727 Not that much younger. Just less experience
This is a little retcon because og gamora didn't know the orb was an infinity stone until later.
Two years later, still don't understand why Nebula have a bug showing War Machine and all
The movie explains it.
@@Rattus-Norvegicus Explain it plz

It isn't a bug, it's like I'm travelling 2 years in the past & my 2 year old home's WiFi connects to my future phone automatically because of the same IP-address & the admin of the WiFi and past version of mine can acess my files. Nebulla should have turned off the 'auto-connect' feature or should have removed her home's Wifi credentials before travelling into the past.
@@5150Amrit now i understand!! Thanks!
1:17 Gamora sounds so fancy ❤
Not being funny but I can’t imagine Gamora or nebula being a child of Thanos. Think of the other children. It sometimes takes multiple avengers to take them out. Imagine if in guardians Thanos sent the other options to help Rohnan. The guardians may have lost
They're on par with Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive imo. It's mainly Ebony Maw who's power level is far above the other Children of Thanos.
Just can’t imagine nebula being able to give proxima a decent fight, nor Gamora fighting any of them and standing a chance. Could be that they’re more assassins than fighters but then again, have we seen them do that in the MCU yet?
@@MrSteamedchicken Oh okey I see what you meant now I guess is that the black order enjoyed killing innocents and thus where much more deadlier while Gamora and Nebula only did it because they had no other choice and for survival but i’m sure both are more then capable of standing their ground against their other siblings or even some of the guardians but they haven’t been given their chance to shine in that way
Crazy how 2 years later we learn that this was the beginning of a nexus event
when you realize we basically this planets " avengers " getting killed trying to stop thanos
After watching this I really think Thanos needs to work on his parenting skills
The most badass entrance ever 1:04
Endgame is actually the first Avengers movie I ever watched, as well as the first movie with Thanos in it that I ever watched (I know it’s weird, but go with it). Given that, 1:04 is the first time I saw Thanos in full battle-armour form, as opposed to the exhausted farmer in the beginning of the movie. And I have to say - I finally understood why this villain was so iconic. The fact that it was a big screen experience heightened that feeling.
Same bro same first time I watched any marvel movie endgame thanos presence had a huge impact on me literally became his fan after this@@ShaunakDesaiPiano
That is a real chopper blade made out of Uru metal! 😂
I wonder how Thanos knew that Ronan found the power stone, but Ronan himself didn't?
The Infinity Stones give off a specific trail of cosmic energy. It's possible that Thanos could have made a device to track that power and told Ronan to follow it. Ronan figured out that the orb was on Morag, and he told Thanos that it's where the trail ended.
That's my theory anyways. We'll probably never know for sure tho
@@StabbyBen or thanos just found out that the orb contains an infinity stone somehow and told Ronin to find the orb
@@logankowalyk2580 Yeah. That's what I was trying to say, but I'm bad with words
A year old comment but isn't it specifically told that Thanos sent Ronan to find the
Orb/Infinity Stone, Thanos promised Ronan the destruction of the skrulls I think for the power stone but he didn't need to tell him what he was in possession off since it would be dumb
Why do hand to hand combat if you have such sophisticated technology?
Thanos loves to fight.
because its cool
@@ad1170 Why even use guns? If you have a teleportation device, why not just use that as a weapon.
Gamora and Nebula have superhuman strength/speed and are primarily melee fighters that’s why
Thanos loves fighting
I think Nebula could benefit from a hug and some therapy.
All the technological advancements and yet they mostly have hand to hand combats.
Seriously, no drones, no signal blockers, no microwave attacks.
I prefer hand combat, laser beams and energy projections suck
This is 2014-Thanos in case if anyone’s wondering.
If only 2023 Nebula used a VPN
Really right up there with Darth Vader in terms of daddy issues
Thanos isnt a titan. He was born on titania he is an eternal. Damn
Fun fact: nebula and gamora are fighting korbinites, the horse-like faced race that Beta-Ray Bill belongs to!

Because the TVA didn't exist when Endgame and Infinity War were written.
so they were above BETS RAY BILL's home world the whole time... interesting.
The MCU ruined Thanos’s outfit. It should’ve looked the way it did in Guardians Of The Galaxy. It looked perfect and just like the comics…and it actually made Thanos look scary and not stupid.
Boy u have no idea what r u talking about go sleep
think the one from the UCM looks better, more realistic and imposing, there is no need to cry bro...
How does gamora know it’s an infinity stone when in guardians of the galaxy no one knew it was the power stone until the collector told them
I think Gamora knew but pretended not to know.
can we talk about how the space whales don't actually do anything because flapping your fins when there's no resistance doesn't create force?
like there's no way in physical reality they could even move like that, and don't you "oh it's magic" me, regardless of the proposed mechanism of their functioning, their flailing would be an active hinderance to movement as it *would* affect balance and therefore centre of force requirements for actual thrust.
like i've never been angier
Wow, i dont remember this scene
Gamora is the baddest woman in the MCU!
So Nebula just started a bluetooth service.

@@allen60524 maybe they didn't know it was a infinity stone until it was exposed in Age of Ultron and got fused with vision.
At this point in time Thanos knows

Power Stone - Ronan located on Morag
Space Stone - In Tesseract on Asgard
Reality Stone - with the Collector in Knowhere
Time Stone - Unknown until Dr Strange uses it on Earth
Soul Stone - Hidden

Why does nebula say 2014 like its 2014 in the whole universe in reality its only 2014 earth time while other planets have diffrent years
Time is constant everywhere. Time is just an idea. A description of movement. 1 sec is 1 second across all things
@@arvincabugnason6728 i highly doubt its 2014 in all planets since some could have intelligent life for millions of years
Because it's irrelevant what year it is. Not irrelevant like it doesn't matter what time She and Rhodes traveled to, but like it itself. It only mattered what timeline they traveled to, whatever different year everyone in the universe at that point determines it to be is completely irrelevant.
