Another great vid as usual! Exploring showed some great scenery and you guys earned your pints with those hill climbs! Your easy in depth way of filming, makes you guys my fave off all the exploration teams! Ian, Chris and Fez the 3 together are my favourites! Keep up the good work!

It's funny, I had just sat down with a proper cuppa when you were. Only I'm in the states in South Carolina! Mum was from Brighton so she taught me the habit young. I was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in the early 90's and sure enjoyed afternoon tea. 2 years was too short but I had a splendid time exploring the old bases that I could find. Back then there were still remains of RAF Martlesham Heath airfield just past where I lived. Blue runway lights and all. Lots of pill boxes around too. Anyway enjoy that cuppa! Cheers!

The first stone structure you looked at is probably part of the old Colley HIll Hearthstone mine. I believe it was closed in the 1960s
P.S. Chris you found a incredibly fine hat magical that is!!!!, Definitely a great place for a waterslide!!

The General Montgomery you mention was he anything to do with Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, KG, GCB, DSO, PC, DL ?
WW2 google maps is called the ordinance survey. The best landranger maps of the 70s,80s and 90s had countour lines down to foxhole size.

This is a great area the Reigate hills. Brilliant area to explore. Great vlog.
Brilliant video that was IKS crew,you explored different places,tht hill was a climb and a half I must admit but worth the day out.
You might enjoy the grounds of Waverley Abbey, near Farnham, in Surrey. It was part of the GHQ line in the last war, and has a lot of defence works from that time, including machine gun slots in old walls, and wires across the river to deter canoe assault. It's a fascinating site.
Thanks Chris for doing all the driving, there would, after all be very little exploring without you and your car. You lot are a modern Last of the summer wine, but more watchable!
Another great video folks, just one thing that goes against the rule of a decent brew, please let the tea bag perform it magic in the hot water, remove said tea bag and then add the milk ☹️
You ought to try a website if you haven't already called side by side maps it for present day to what ever era you choose from.
The spokes in the cyclists wheels give you flat tyres when you run them over. And Chris put the hat in the wash, it will be ok and it matches the rest of your gear. If England ever ran out of tea their would be a national emergency called. LOL
Somedays it is all about the journey, that is the real discovery!
