- 012823 - On the way down from the mountain (see previous vlog for reference) we decided to hit up Carbon Canyon Coffee Co for a quick coffee and conversation (off cam). We were informed that Jason was at our local Harley Davidson dealership on a test ride! So we had to go see for ourselves!

Sparto used to make those tail lights. I dig the bars. Great riser/bar combo. The way that sissy bar mounts up is genius! Those low rise drag bars remind me of K&N Superbars. The wide glide with the gaiters is classic late 60s/early 70s. Great bike all around, Jason. I'd keep it. Stay safe out there. -- W

I love all this fun and laughter with all the Chaps! Jason is a crazy Chap, and he always makes me laugh with all his crazy antics! Lucky Jason? I forever worry about the over-complication and expense of the Twin-Cam engines with their gaggle of pushrods, gears, timing chains, and the dreaded cam chain tensioner, designed to destroy the engine when it failed, compared to the simplicity of the Single Camshaft, 4-lobe design of the Shovelheads and EVO's! Even the Milwaukee 8 went back to the simple, Single Camshaft, 4-lobe design! Sometimes, "newer" is not better! Never fear, Jason, enjoy your bike ...and keep a wary eye on that Cam Chain Tensioner...LOL...! Take care, all!..😀....😀...! P.S. With another look, it seems that Jason has the; "Sportster"!... A Much better choice!....😀...😀...!
