DAF systems characteristics to highlight its functionality:
☑️ Made of stainless steel with dimensions of more than 8 meters long by 3 wide and 4 high.
☑️ It is part of an FBR system (biological flotation reactors), which can treat a peak inlet flow of 150 m3/h. In this particular case, 90% of the total solids present in the biological reactor of the treatment plant are reduced by flotation.
☑️ This solution creates a sludge with a dry solids content 3-4 times higher than a conventional system.
☑️ Results in reduced costs as a consequence of the reduction in the need and the size of any future treatment.
It also has applications in sludge thickeners, rendering, slaughterhouses (poultry, pigs and, cattle), and in the food, mining, petrochemical and paper industries, among others.
