DAF system to manage high wastewater flows with high concentration of pollutants
The FPHF DAF system has been designed to manage large wastewater flows, which can reach up to 1200 cubic meters per hour. This dissolved air flotation unit delivers an unmatched performance for the separation of suspended solids and other polliutants present in large volumes of wastewater.
The DAF FPHF flotation system offers a significant improvement over traditional lamella plate technology by combining cross-flow and countercurrent flow techniques.
The system's innovative design ensures optimal flow distribution, dividing the inlet area of the lamella packs into equal parts to maximize the use of the entire surface. This leads to significantly lower hydraulic loading ratios compared to conventional plate separators, which typically operate at a ratio of 3 m³ per m² per hour.
Additionally, like all our DAF systems, the use of micro-bubbles (30 to 50 microns) enhances separation efficiency. These tiny bubbles adhere to particles of similar or larger sizes, optimizing the separation process and improving overall performance.

Buenos días una consulta respecto a la alimentación eléctrica solo debe llegar un alimentador a su tablero q esta al costado del tanque grande? o se tiene que cablear desde cada bomba a otro tablero general.
Este es un sistema DAF compacto, que se entrega completamente montado y listo para operar. Al ser un sistema plug & play todo está conectado al cuadro eléctrico. El sistema incluye todo el cableado, bandejas y conexiones.

Yo trabajo en una planta de tratamiento para agua potable pero ese dafh hace mucho lodo jaja el agua debe estar muy sucia dónde yo trabajo para que haga algo de lodo así es como cada 15 minuto y no hace ni tanto el del vídeo hace por segundos uff
Aunque los daf de nosotros son 3 veces más grandes que esos y son 3 el proceso es De captación llega a floculacion Luego a los daf Luego a los filtros de arena son 6 Y ya sale tratada y potable Tenemos un caudal de 3100m3/h más o menos que sale tratada para el consumo humano
Claro es muy diferente tratar agua potable que agua residual.....la entrada llega con más carga....hay que estar haciendo Jart test y va V30 y tenerlo todo controlado
