i'm with you. i'm 67 this year 2024 i had leukemia but i am healed. i get to play my songs and study I have peace of mind. redemeed in soul, and alive in spirit. I get up at 3:30 am everyday and i spend time with my creator. I walk and enjoy everything. It is my way of creating my reality by the way i think. i think good, i feel good and i attract more of the same. be blessed.

I am 75 years old, still work out,still lifting weights. I have arthritis in my lower back which keeps me from jugging and running . I still do 4 sets of pushups, 15 reps each. Age is just a number.
