- Disquietude is a story about a small adventure of a cat girl trying to step out of her house to buy the limited-edition album of her favorite band.

being mute is when you are unable to talk/speak
selective mutism is when you aren't mute but certain things can cause you to be temporarily mute. such as social anxiety.
Wait, is the cat selectively mute?
I like the story because the Catgirl and dog girl turned friends and this make me feel that even if we are or act different, is more fun when we can share the things we like with someone.
This was amazing! I actually felt like this animation in my real life.

@@angelpr2477 generation has a much lower substance abuse rate and suicide rate. Probably from actually talking about problems in life. Wonder which gen is weak if the idea of speaking about issues is too scary to one.

I am an introvert and I suffer from anxiety, and this brought a tear to my eye. Thank you!
I suffer from anxiety and stress as well, if I here someone talk about something serious, my heart starts racing and my anxiety and stress kicks in extremely hard. Usually if I hear good news, I feel fine, I also suffer from pretty bad depression alot. How I usually combat it is talking about my knowledge of history and geography, that usually helps me with my stress and anxiety. I love how this video gives a clear understanding of social anxiety, which has been a big problem in many countries worldwide.
I believe that type of anxiety stems from not feeling able to stand up for yourself in the presence of conflicting wills. You feels so fragile in this regard that you begin to fear any possibility of encountering a person with a conflicting will towards you.
After you encounter enough short temperedness, mockery, judgementalness, you begin to realize those types of expressions don’t have the legitimacy you assumed they did. You start to see them for the empty, worthless, unjustified expressions that they are. This in turn validates you and leads to the realization of your right to exist. You then begin to lose the anxiety.

You can really feel everything the animator put into this. Animations like this can really show how the person feels and how they interpret life and perspective, and that this could be a true story told in great ways. Hop to see more👍

I like the puppy girl's character design. This is a wholesome animation & showcases the feelings felt by folks suffering with social problems like anxiety & such.
The dog girl is cute definitely but the cat design is cool too

this taught me that stepping out on your own even when still living with your parent can be a nice change of pace because no one in your family is helping u out there cuz this is a time for you to see what do you do on your own and comes with risks

This is how I feel with my social anxiety. Since covid, i started struggling leaving the house. I've gotten better now and I can leave with a small chance of a panic attack now. I've also gotten better at talking to people without going silent.

Yep. A nice representation on anxiety. Always nice to see that. As time goes on, this gets more and more real. Especially with the rise of Same-day-delivery shopping and working out of the home, leaving the house starts feeling needless.

god this is so realistic, like i used to feel like this, as if nobody would ever understand me and everyone i met had a evil plot or something, i had very high axienty and broke down lot's like.. this amazing video
the ending feels real aswell, i found one person in my life who felt and seemed diffrent from the rest and one i could actually trust in.

Pretty lit film, even the theme of anxiety hit spot on since it can be tough living with it, like how i burst into sweats just asking for a refill or something.
OMG the last song kind of reminds me of Mario & Luigi's Superstar Saga's ost ! Amazing work you guys, truly communicates what it feels to travel from one reality to another when dealing with anxiety.

WOW. That. Was. AMAZING!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. What an awesome cute nice pleasant animation! This has it all: The looks of it, the lore, the characters and nice colors at that moment of everything being gray. The only thing that this lacks is voice but even thought I usually hate animations without the voice this time it doesn't bother me at all! That's how good this is. I definitely subscribe for that masterpiece.

I don’t suffer from anxiety as much as I suffer from paranoid. I’m always paranoid people are judging me. I often don’t do stuff alone just because I feel like it looks lonely or something.
Being said… when I am alone, I’m always trying to help those around me; for better or for worse.

I can tell you, as someone who grew up to hate and dislike being around others irl. Due to birth, adoptive,friends, always making feel like I'll never be enough, I'm the problem, I shouldn't exist. This just hits that spot. I can talk to people, online is easier while irl people are shiet. I trust no one more than needed and prefer my alone company. My boyfriend and animals are the exception. If you don't deal with anything like this, don't take your relationships for granted. Anxiety, betrayal, causes people such as I to seclude ourselves because the drama isn't worth it.

People turning into monsters was almost too real for me. I've gone through hell, not nearly as much hell as others, but enough. Long story short, I'm messed up from family trauma, but am stable and finding my stance in the world while still dealing with the demons in my head.
