Steve, Great deal! I’m like you I don’t feel anyone shows this.
Sounds like a great legacy project!! A video showing front to back rebuilt using modern old ways…

I mean that I reseal the windings. I use spray on red electrical sealer, AKA Glyptal.

Google "mica undercutter blade". I dont recall where mine came from. I bought them many years ago.

Mine is missing some teeth, could you count the teeth on yours and maybe measure it OD & ID of hole and thickness- im assuming theres multiple thickness of them

Mine may be different than yours. I have blades that are .250" and .312" OD, all are .125" ID. I have .015", .020", .025", .030" and .035" thick blades, 16 teeth.

I have a trucut B15, which has i believe the same undercutting motor you have in the video mine is a lathe bed style. Im wondering if the blades would be the same? I think the blade thats on there has a few more teeth than yours just hard to tell exactly because a few are broke off so im guessing 19. Im also wondering if its a few less teeth than i have if itll make any difference as long as the ID for screw is same.

I have a lathe mount undercutter also, but prefer to use this one. Teeth count probably wont make a difference. Im sure there are variations by different mnufacturers.
