They’re more under heard than underrated, pretty much everyone familiar with be’lakor has them rated extremely high.
Be’Lakor is absolutely fantastic and criminally underrated. I love all of their songs, which is rare for me for any band - so you really can’t go wrong if you listen to them again. And side note - the music for this song lasts exactly as long as the length of time it takes a photon to travel to earth - 8 minutes and 20 seconds…😊
yeah I'm surprised they evolved into what they are. I remember when I stumbled across them when they first came out with frail tide I believe and I joined their mailing list lol. it was cool to get to chat with the guys (or whoever was responsible for their email). I hadn't really been listening to much metal as of late but I saw they came out with this album and I was pretty floored with how far they've come. underrated for sure.
These guys are from my city. Seen them so many times, yet they still always amaze me.
Finally saw these guys back in August. Awesome show.

Be'lakor is my fav melodic death metal band, and it is very underrated. Love to see that some channels reacts to them.

Goes a lil harder, I ran thru the forest with it on & it was exhilarating. Valence gets me *amped*! Most exciting fishing song EVAR! 😅😉🤣. I wish their earlier albums had videos, but alas…🙁! There’s even a song so well loved, another band named themselves after it; Countless Skies.
Glad that you both liked it and hope that you can react to another song from them, and because you loved the whole atmosphere, change of pace and the music video, i think that the best ones that give all of this are "Withering Strands" or "The Smoke of Many Fires", both from the same album and are in the same or better level as "An Ember's Arc".
This album is their most "proggy", "Stone's Reach" is more atmospheric, "Of Breath and Bone" is more in-your-face and heavy guitar oriented, and "Coherence", their last album, took all from their early ones and upgraded their quality production (Locus, from this album, is my favorite, btw).
We really loved it!
This is my all time favorite band, only tied with Silent Planet! They're amazing! You two should definitely check out the rest of this album, it's a concept album, and each song kind of acts like a new chapter. There should be an album on their page with all the videos in order! It's definitely worth it to just sit and watch them all and zone out to the cool visuals and beautiful music and lyrics

Devour me colossus is another song worth listening to. One of the greatest song ever written imho. 🌀🌀🌀🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏
