Thank you for This video its is very useful to for a person to evaluate there progress especially if there unsure if there a sottapana and have been thinking they are. How does the putujana realize that what ever has the nature to arise has the nature to cease?

By allowing the existential dukkha to go as deep as it wants to, without trying to get rid of it or losing your mind on account of it.

I believe it is worth noting that there are numerous instances in the Pali Suttas of individuals over-assessing their own present level of progress within the training. While this seems odd given the prevalent contemporary notions that echo an unsubstantiated dogma of unyielding certainty in relation to knowledge-understanding and unyoking breakthroughs.
These ideas despite being widespread are not necessarily supported by the suttas.
Bellow is a slightly obscure sutta reference that you might find useful relating to self evaluation. Any typos are mine not B. Bodhi’s. Note the third and fourth paragraphs of the excerpt.
      Saṃyutta Nikāya
      Mahavagga, Indriyasaṃyutta
      -Sekhasutta 48.53(3) A Trainee
      Bhikkhu Bodhi [trans.]
      ...
”And what, bhikkhus, is the method by means of which a bhikkhu who is a trainee, standing on the plane of a trainee, understands: ‘I am a trainee’?
“Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu who is a trainee understands as it really is: ‘This is suffering’; he understands as it really is: ‘This is the origin of suffering’; he understands as it really is: ‘This is the cessation of suffering’; he understands as it really is: ‘This is the way leading to the cessation of suffering.’ This is a method by means of which a bhikkhu who is a trainee, standing on the plane of a trainee, understands: ‘I am a trainee.’
“Again, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu who is a trainee considers thus: ‘Is there outside here another ascetic or brahmin who teaches a Dhamma so real, true, actual as the Blessed One does?’ He understands thus: ‘There is no other ascetic or brahmin outside here who teaches a Dhamma so real, true, actual as the Blessed One does.’ This too is a method by means of which a bhikkhu who is a trainee, standing on the plane of a trainee, understands: ‘I am a trainee.’
“Again, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu who is a trainee understands the five spiritual faculties-the faculty of faith, the faculty of energy, the faculty of mindfulness, the faculty of concentration, the faculty of wisdom. He does not yet dwell having contacted with the body their destination, their culmination, their fruit, their final goal; but having pierced it through with wisdom, he sees. This too is a method by means of which a bhikkhu who is a trainee, standing on the plane of a trainee, understands: ‘I am a trainee.’
      ...

3:56 Dharmanusarin : dharmair anusdrah = dharmdnusarah, "pursuit by means of the dharmas .. . It is by himself, by means of the dharmas, that is, by means of the twelvefold Scripture, Sutra, etc. that this ascetic has first pursued the truth. The term Sraddhanusarin is explained etymologically: sraddhayd anusdrah = sraddh anusdrah, "pursuit by reason of faith"; one in whom there is this pursuit, or in whom the habit is to pursue by reason of faith, is called a Sraddhanusarin, because, first, he has pursued the Truth [that is to say: to become conscious of the Truths] under the impulse of another, through confidence in another
