Just finished the best workout at the Gym so far (started Jan 2023) it's finally getting better. And I just needed somebody to recognise that. And this is just what I needed. Even the greats, Arnold, Messi, the best in every field had people to help them grow. I hope everybody that watches this video has those people. Nobody is self made. We are made better with those who can push us forward. Like the amazing person that made this video.

When people insist on only pointing out your failures, it's because they are jealous of your potential. People become mean when they feel threatened by another. In this case they most likely realize you have big ambitions and see they don't have any of their own. Those are the types of people that you should ignore. Failure is a normal part of life and is necessary to get better at almost everything, because to fail, is to learn. There are so many people who have failed their way to success. Oprah Winfrey is one that comes to mind. People constantly pointed out what they didn't like about her, and she still became big. You can't let others' opinions dictate how you are feeling. Only you get to judge how well you're doing, and if you don't like where you're at, then it's up to you to figure out how to change that. Regardless of what others are saying to you, I humbly ask that you never stop trying. Just keep your head high and try your best. If mistakes are made, figure out how to fix them and keep moving forward. You got this.

My son is in his first 30days of recovery. All 30 days whether he is struggling or not, I tell him how proud I am of him. I hope he may be as strong as you are. And may one his life stay clean. Thanks I'm proud of me too after what I've gone through after all the evil narcissistic enemies i fought against it brought me here my trauma made me who i am, the struggles i endured made me a warrior, a soilder and a surivivor i had to always be sabotaged by shit talkers who enjoyed undermining me thinking, they were better me,greater then me even much more important then me but it is what it is i learned to just say it's their own ,assumptions an nsecurities not mine....my autistic disability gave me power so did my family and friends....we all got a little superman pride and kyrponite weakness in all of us....doing what i did made me heroic,helping others that helped me when i was put down a lot...my mom and grand ma saw how much i strived to become proactive,consistent and successful it wasn't easy fighting battles like everyone else including pain but thankfully i hung in there an kept going no matter i owe that to god for sure,for not giving up when times got hard for me.

@ANewYouMotivation yeah thanks I've come so far in life after being betrayed and sabotaged a lot by my enemies an others who were envious of me,some were just phony and fake asf they were codependent evil an immature I done everything I could to set certain boundaries for things to go smoothly didn't work too much. I walked around too many eggshells I let confrontations hinder me from speaking my mind I'd just try to set things right then leave it at that...I had to tell myself that I'm only gonna get sucked in the toxic vortex where it'll break me to pieces i mean yeah I've showed off too I regret repeating my mistakes...but I was around toxic environments trying to surivive I was oblivious to doing what I needed to do to ensure I don't let narcissistic evil tactics bring out reinforcements to expose me...people don't understand why I had to go through so I had to fight my ways out of craziness on my own.

I know that sometimes life can knock you around, but you, sir, seem to be a prime example of never giving up. @ANewYouMotivation yeah doing what I did was completely necessary I told my mom no body have to reward or anything but they should give me credit and respect for all that I've done....I custodian janitor and other jobs...I operate well like a government agent I was trained well like a veteran slash marine super soilder and I was trained to be mentally strong when it came to awareness,cautiousness and efficiency...I had to do work they give me every other day it's like construction work ,type stuff...I'm like a superhero type of person...even like a superhero son whenever my mom or other family members need me I'd be right there bro.. I work Hella hard as most people do..I go through a lot every day...I even get bruises from working and exercising it's worth it though it makes me feel good,plus it's therapeutic for managing stress including anxiety if that ever happens ..it's like fighting for my country to surivive...I'm the toughest greatest strongest members they got.. I like helping people but not if their ignorant...if they complain over small mistakes I've made I'd be like ohh...so it's like that huh?..well fuck you bruh...do it your self then shit.

I'm sorry to hear that you're faced with that. I know it's hard not receiving any positive affirmations from those who are supposed to love you. Nobody should have to suffer that. But the truth is YOU are the only positive affirmation you need. Sure it's nice to hear it from others, but it's not necessary to follow your goals and dreams. You are enough, even if your parents never told you. You have value, and don't think any different. You can still be proud of who you are and what you're doing, even if it isn't much. Never give up on what you love, because you have what it takes. You're a strong, capable human being. Never forget that.
Truthfully you don't need someone else to tell you this. You can tell yourself. You don't need the opinion of others to make it through life. Even some of the most successful people have friends and family that aren't proud of what has been accomplished.
