    Isn't that at output of each half, you would need an inverter to complete the NOR operation? Directly drawing a line out, mean's it's (Din*En) + Q

    How is this a D-latch? Isn't this a D-Flip Flop?

      In latch, we don't have clock
      In FF, we do have clock
      That is only difference.

      *edit:* But in my textbook, the D-latch circuit doesn't contain the AND gates (?), the D input is connected directly to the NOR gates
