My hubby of 43 years (next month) says wonderful things about me too, but when I look at the magnitude of how God has used him to provide for me and our 13 children - enabling me to be a domestic engineer and having home-schooled in the past for more than thirty years, I commend husbands like ours for being submissive to God to the calling of a simple life, and for the sacrifice wherever and whenever necessary to put family first, as a nurturer and protecter. Lastly, Kristen, I love that you were led to start this channel. Apparently my husband and I met twice before but it’s the third meeting that I actually remember. We became quick friends and then best friends. Long story short...lots of ups and downs and two boys that are eight years apart. We recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary and are looking forward to many more years together.

I have actually never heard that before! Josh has a heart for music and young people. He was a natural fit to work in the church! Rosie is loving school. I actually wish that she missed homeschool more! haha!
