Congrats on completing your collection of PW BUDD cars! Lionel also manufactured the 400 and 2559 as part of its Celebration Series. The 2550 remake is also available. Wonderful cars!

Very nice set , I have newer mth steam engines and my great grandma handed down this set to me with a zw transformer and I sent it up following the instructions from the transformer and when I put power to it the lights get bright but doesn’t move it buzzes I’m not sure if that’s normal and not sure why it’s not moving please and thank you looking for advice and don’t want to damage the unit or transformer

@ Absolutely, my Dad had all post war Lionel Trains. My grandfather was from Boston area. Boston and Maine came up a lot when I was a young lad. Your Set brings back Great Memories! ✌️🤘

Great video, you have helped me make my mind up on finding a couple Budd RDC’s. I will definitely make an elevated commuter loop now!

I had a train set in the late 1950s track we put on a piece of plywood. Working more on keeping the track together and actually getting to drive the train was fun. As I remember, there was a 12 V power supply. We had to hook up to the track. Does this sound right?
