+Donald Mokgale He doesn't do a lot of damage. He's fast, the fastest out of the shoto characters and has great combo potential but does the least amount of damage
alright bro i concede, i have not played this on console before to argue there. That is strange considering in other series he deals the most damage of the shoto characters.

it's called balance since he does a LOT of damage so to balance the character they had to nerf some areas so he is not OP.
