The "Guardian of the Bath" thing was a prank set up by one of his guild mates.
In o sense culture it’s very important to wash yourself before enjoying the bath.
Nphirea is trying to replicate Momon's Red Healing Potion. Since season one Ainz informally owns Enri's village, since their kingdom doesn't care about them.
And those experiments are entirely seperate from Demiurge's "happy farm". If the people from the village knew that, I doubt they'd happily stay on Ains' side.
Apart from procreation experiments, the main purpose of the happy farm is to make parchament. Since animal skin parchament only allows spell scrolls of a certain level to be made, they use Human skin (the "Albion Sheep are Humans). Demiurge experiments with creating demihuman by crossbreeding Humans and other races to see if their bodies give better ingredients.
@@Norbert_Sattler I like to think he also does it for Sebas, as they have a love hate relationship thanks to their Creators' Relationship. Because EVERYONE in Nazarick ships Sebas and Tuare. Hell, Pestonya straight up says "Y'all gonna be married, woof".

It was the second episode when he said it,, to be exact. Fun thing is you could see Demirge pick up on it and run with it.

well if you think about it Enri and Goblin slayer are opposite sides of the same coin. also during the fight the goblins could have been killed with that one attack but her commanding them to duck saved them for they wouldn't have been able to dodge in time. also there making the potions for Ainz and thats why Ainz had them move to the village.
Yeah ainz did say he wanted to take over the world, though he wasnt serious, but demiurge thought that was his goal in the new world. The voice of the guildmate was just a gag npc he voiced which was a golem in the bathhouse which would punish anyone who broke bathhouse etiquette.
Considering they cram 3 books per season they do have to cut a lot of stuff so that's why sometimes this stuff is confusing.
It later became "well this is my kids project so I guess I am taking over the world."
It would be interesting if it turned out that all this time Demiurge actually saw completely through Ains and just pretends here, while in truth manipulating things to go the way he wants them to go.
For goblins I suggest Reincarnated as a Slime. That's a fantastic palette cleanser to get Goblin Slayer out of the system in a very wholesome and entertaining way. ^^
It could be the case back in season 1. But after the Shalltear fight, where Ainz beat borderlane impossible odds, by pure PvP strategy briliantness...and some pay to win cash shop items...Demiurge truly belives that Ainz is as good in "normal thinking" as he is in PvP
I always like to think that the only one who’s seen through Ainz from the beginning is Nabe, she spends more time with him than most others, and her monotone and deadpan reactions make it kinda seem like she’s reluctantly going along with everything, in reality, she sees his “less than competence” but still follows him regardless because she respects him so much, and he is a good ruler, just not as good as everyone else sees him as. But that’s just my theory

@@silverstone9836 This is kinda spoilery, if you haven't read up to volume 14 of Overlord but:
In volume 14 it's confirmed that Pandora's Actor doesn't know Ainz's real personality, he thinks he's an absolute super genius, like everybody else. Even Renner, the smartest person in the world, next to Demiurge, can't correctly assess Ainz's true personality. The only one, who could maybe be said to know about his personality, is Hilma from Eight Fingers. But she just knows about his true moral compass, not really his full personality.

The interesting theory that Ainz is indeed a super genius. But his main personality dampens that as his stats would make him one. The real overlord comes out in his subconscious decisions.
I finally got the time to watch all of your reactions from season two and I freaking love it. That's what I like so much about your reactions. You really take your time to think about what just happened in this episode or season and I was able to relate to so many thoughts of you when I was watching Overlord for the first time.

The "except one person" refers to the yandere princess. If you didn't catch on it yet the princess works for Ainz now hence how Ainz' group knows where the HQs of eight fingers. She's been working for Ainz since the season 2 ep where Demi flew towards the castle. That's also why Shalltear didn't continue to attack Brain after seeing Climb because they've been warned before to not harm him.

Nphirea(AKA hentai protagonist) is simply trying to replicate Ainz's red potion, and that was set up by Ainz in season 1 already, the stuff they are doing have nothing on what Demiurge is doing, which, think Nazi and WWII Japanese human experiments, that's more in Demi's ballpark.
2:03 s1 ep2 ainz when he flew up with demiurge was thinking out loud about what to do and last words were taking over the world mite be fun and demiurge grabbed bull by its horns/took it seriously
In a lot of ways, I relate to Ainz. I've had instances where people thought something I said meant something else, which actually makes more sense, so I just roll with it.
I read a light novel called "im actually a cultivation big-shot" in where that is the premise of the novel. Its fantastic. lol
Notice Enri has a lesser version of Demiurges "Command "power. She is lvling up due to her goblin summons, and towards the end this is going to be VERY important.
What no she doesn't. There is absolutely no evidence of her having Demiurges command power.
@@thegoodace4606 In both the Bargest scene when she commands the goblins to duck,and the next episode when she commands the Ogres to bow to here instantly making them cower. Also on her character sheet she literally has the Commander class.
@@crissagram Demiurge's ability to control people isn't from him commander class it's from a skill called Command Mantra which Enri does not have. The commander levels may make it easier to command people or have an effect on weak-minded individuals but its not the same thing. Demiurge has a skill while Enri just has 2 levels in commander.

@@canadiangopnik7007 Its not the same thing and he was implying it was just a lesser version. Even so I don't see it effectively being the same either. It may possess similar qualities but they differ in aspects making it not effectively the same. And would be deceiving to tell someone that its just a lesser version of Demiurges skill. I mean we don't really know the specifics of the commander class but to blatantly say it does the same thing is a stretch for sure. Like what would even be the point of demiurges skill if commander class did the same thing. Enri seems to be able to sway weak-minded individuals, or people already close or on her "side". It probably gives a buff to appearance making her seem stronger since she is the commander, but to say it controls people would be wrong.
I find it mildly concerning that you seemingly failed to realize the 'teeth glinting' statements made her uncomfortable...

Actually, the goblins that serve Enri are from Ainz's game (which are quite stronger and smarter than the goblins in this world) and Agu's tribe are the basic bitch goblins.

@@xsardes336 it's like a rare variant. A recessive breed or mutation that causes some goblins to be born as Hobgoblins, who are generally smarter and stronger in every way.

All these experiment have the objetive to make supplies, scrolls from Demiurge and potions from Nphirea. With the goal of replicate and don't have to depend of the item of Ygdrassil. Taking in mind there are valuable ítems if the replication is impossible.

ainz just want them to make healing potion that is at least on par with healing potion from yaggdrasil from ingredient in this world. since they can't freely use yaggdrasil potion carelessly because they can't find them in this world.
Native New World goblins are a bit different than Yggdrasil goblins (and the ones summoned by Enri are the Yggdrasil ones, cuz ya know...item from Ainz...). And the small one is accualy a hobgoblin, so much stronger and much smarter, but he is just a kid at this point.
Aslo. The goblins are all lvl 10-ish, the wolf is almost 20. In other words it would oneshot them if it landed a shot, but 5v1 and ya know.

That's untrue. Enri has a few levels in commander while Demiurge has a skill which allows him to control beings level 40 and under called Command Mantra. It's not the same thing or a lesser version. Enris commander class may help to command people or have an effect on weak-minded individuals but it's not the same thing.
@@thegoodace4606 Well yes, but accualy-not. Command Mantra is a high tier demon-ish + comander-ish, that grant status effects (both possitive and negative) by mind controll-ish magic. I'm not into D&D deep enough to tell you is a influencing enemys part a Demon only thingy, but option to buff your forces is main role of every single comander in D&D and fantasy in general ever...and mind controll-ish magic is how (in game) buffs were granted. Long Story short, is that the same thing by New World logic? I dont give a shit. Is that EXACLY THE SAME THING (but lesser version) by in-game rules? Absolutly yes
