Ok I am on day 4 of swallowing the pill. The nausea is unreal! The cramping is unreal! I literally feel like shit and depressed. In the space of 4 days I have had about 1 glass of water in total. Food is out of the question. Vomiting up to 3-4 times a day however nothing is actually coming up which is even worse. Sleeping is a nightmare, you cannot sleep on your left side, or on your back as the balloon really feels uncomfortable in these positions. You are advised to sleep on your right side, even then it gets very uncomfortable when your in the same position all night. The nausea is constant, even when your sleeping so frequent huffing and puffing during the night and trips to the bathroom!!! Im sure this will all go away soon and it will be worth it in the end but my god...I am having a really hard time guys and just wish I wasn’t fat so I had to endure all this. If your going to get it done, please make sure you are aware of what your getting yourselves into! Its not an easy way out. Its bloody hard work!
