Speed on hight altitude is broad term , you have TS ( true air speed ) , IAS ( indicated air speed ) and GS ( ground speed ) .... sometimes IAS is 250 KNOTS and GS is 600 KNOTS or TAS 620 KS. Depends about tail wind or nose wind. I flying in A 320 - with 660 KT ( "sound speed ") but this is not speed of this aircraft in air, this is speed aircraft consindering of ground. Speed is relativ term on air :)

Normal take off speed is between 250 - 270 depending on weight

but supersonic speed starts at Mach 1 equivalent with 1235km/h, I've seen more airbuses flying at 800km/h.
