If chelsea continue in the form they are in a fail to make any form of European competition they will be in real trouble with the premier league. out of the traditional top 4 Arsenal do seem to be handling the P&S and FFP rules the best. what a time to be a gooner!
Chelsea did it before the rules came about and before that real Madrid did it by taking the kings ( government money) Chelsea's model is to traffic kids , they always buy youth , loan them and then sell them that's why they got the the transfer ban . They could spend so much because they still had alot of kids to sell but now they can't spend for years

@@Sportonomics_ no, if city need to get penalizations then ok but then they have to give penalizations also to other clubs who should have recive it in all the past years or it wouldn't be fair, psg chealsea united barcellona and real Madrid all broke financial fairplay for sure in one of this past years and some of them got debits so if they give penalizations to City all this clubs need to recive it too and they had to review the past trophys winners too, why now only with City when Inter is casually there? Serie A has become the Marotta league this year and now that Inter was in final casually they give penalization to City in particolar...
