Thank you for such an easy to follow video. My feet have been miserably cold this winter; I’ve already made 3 pair! They’ve got so many compliments, your pattern is beautiful!
Thank you for sharing us this beautiful piece crochet slippers The important thing for me that they are easy and the cuff around ankle are fantastic 👏👏👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
This was such a great pattern. I had a little snafu right after the toes, my pattern changed. But I'll try again on the next foot. Thanks again for sharing.
I LOVE this style slipper and looks very easy. Your tutorials are great. Perfect for Christmas gifts too!! Thank you so much! Have a wonderful weekend! 😊🧶🦋💜
More chains at the start could be one way. I added more on the increase in the following rounds. Increased from 30 to 36 (*4 SC, 1DC* , repeat for the whole round). Worked well, and they fit me a lot better now. Only the heel was a little wide for me initially (crocheted it over 24 stitches instead of the 20 she does, as with my longer rounds that’s still pretty much the same proportion). Might have to lose a few stitches towards the end rows there.
I used DK yarn with nr 5 hook 1st 21 rows measures 13cm (toes part) Then I did 24 rows for heel part and this measures also 13cm So from toe to heel is 26cm and fit shoe size 6
She said to just keep crocheting the spiral until your total number of stitches is 30. Don't think of it in terms of rounds, just stop when you have increased enough to get 30 stitches.
I tried this pattern and it looked beautiful after it was made. But you made a mistake in counting at the beginning.Due to which there was some problem to made, but I managed.😊
@@Jesslynn29on row 3 she says end with a tote of 30 but going from 16 and doing inc sc repeated you only get 24 stitches. I even undid everything at this point and restarted but you can’t get 30 in that round from her directions. Just keep trucking along and don’t go off the total stitches just make sure you follow each rounds direction
@@chyenneg1278 I was confused as well, until I went back and understood that she did not mean for it to be equal in stiches, but for us to just continue until we have a total of 30. did not matter how many we had before.
If the kid is around so that you can measure as you go, would be easy. the "21 rows" should reach the a bit over the bridge of the foot, and from there you do the "15 rows" as many rows as you need to cover his heel. and from there all the same, just to the nr of stiches that you have. If the kid is not around, I measured mine and it reaches around 25cm. 5 cm shows around 10-11 rows. So from the 21 rows cut 5-6 rows and from the 15 rows cut another 5. I am sorry if I am wrong 😬
I encountered the same issue too, but I realised that you have to keep doing SC until the count gets to 30. So keep stitching until your circle gets bigger and you count 30
I'm finding this very confusing. You say to do two stitches than one stitches. Two stitches to one stitches. At what point do you stop and just keep doing single stitches all around?
@@penelopemcmahon7939 you stop at the point where you count 30 stitches all around! So, just keep stitching. 2 stitches in one hole, then 1 stitch in one hole. 2 stitches in one, then 1 stitch in one hole. And so on and so forth until the entire "circle" has a count of 30 stitches 😊
I got confused here also and came to comments looking for the answer. I believe that she just keeps working around the spiral until there is 30 unused stitches - after you reach 24, you continue working into into the start of the last “row”. For example: I continued doing two single crochets into what I counted as stitch 1, one single crochet into the following etc. until I reached 30 unused stitches. Once you reach the stitch that you had originally counted as 12, you will be at 30. Sorry if this is confusing.
In the next round.. to get to 30… do 1DC, 1DC, 2DC in following stitch and repeat. That will be 30. It seems like there’s a row missing. So it’s actually 4 rows
Measure foot length...subtract or add more rows for size your doing...keep notes and adjust. I find it different for each person because yarn, hook size and so forth affect your gauge...think ahead and measure size as you go
The increase should have been 24. Started with 8sc, then 2sc in each stitch = 16, then 2sc in first stitch and 1sc in the next, alternating all around = 24, then 2sc in the first stitch and 1sc in the next stitches=32. From there, no more increases. Just sc up to before the heel part.

I want to make these for Christmas presents. I’m a beginner, how do I adjust for a bulky weight yarn?
this channel did a similar thing with bulky yarn also, you can find it as "bootie slippers bernat yarn"
Harikasınız 🌹🌿 teşekkürler 😍
How do I make them wider though? Do I add more chains at the start or?
More chains at the start could be one way. I added more on the increase in the following rounds. Increased from 30 to 36 (*4 SC, 1DC* , repeat for the whole round). Can we use the. Bulky yarn #5 for this
I'm no expert, but that's what I'm going to do. I'll also probably use a 5.5 or 6.
thank you so much
Any reason not to make the cuff taller?
Make the cuff as tall as you like.
Hello, how long does it measure from heel to toes? Thank you. :)
If you follow her instructions and count exactly it measures up to a size 4 to 5 shoe. I added a few more rows to fit size 6 to 7
I used DK yarn with nr 5 hook
1st 21 rows measures 13cm (toes part)
Then I did 24 rows for heel part and this measures also 13cm
So from toe to heel is 26cm and fit shoe size 6
Is the 150g of yarn per slipper or for the pair?
Very nice 👌
Round 3 has 24 stitches not 30. Do we need to do another round of 1DC, 1DC, 2DC?? That would be 30
I just kept adding stitches tell I had 30, I finished my slippers and they turned out good even for the rough start 😂
She said to just keep crocheting the spiral until your total number of stitches is 30. Don't think of it in terms of rounds, just stop when you have increased enough to get 30 stitches.
Yeah I got 32 stitches and we’re just going to call it good and see how it turns out 🤷🏽♀️ 😂
De er super fine😊 hvilken størrelse ca er det du laver?
U.S size 9.
Wow 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌

How would I make this to fit a 7 year old whose foot is 20 cm from big toe to heel?
If the kid is around so that you can measure as you go, would be easy. the "21 rows" should reach the a bit over the bridge of the foot, and from there you do the "15 rows" as many rows as you need to cover his heel. and from there all the same, just to the nr of stiches that you have.

How do we get 30 when its only 24
I encountered the same issue too, but I realised that you have to keep doing SC until the count gets to 30. So keep stitching until your circle gets bigger and you count 30
@ShanesuGutsa I'll do that
If you use a marker in your first or last st it’s a lot easier you don’t get lost in stitch count

Perhaps you forgot to skip the first 2 stitches as you attached each row of the cuff?

2-1 until u get to 30 than stop the increase and go one in each stitch. It’s a beautiful slipper
I just have a question I'm still a beginner but do I have to block this crochet project or not and how am I suppose to wash it
How to wash it...read directions on type of yarn your using .....it should be on label
I just bought the pattern. Where can I find the rows needed for the size needed like for instance I need a 6.5 ,7.5 &a 9
Measure foot length...subtract or add more rows for size your doing...keep notes and adjust. I find it different for each person because yarn, hook size and so forth affect your gauge...think ahead and measure size as you go

This looked easy to follow. But the increase from 24 to 30 is confusing. Abandoning what looked like a worthwhile project.
