Yes, the composition together with its co-music scores (the album) are made for that certain occasion, Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the BVM. But it doesn't mean that the said Gloria are not allowed to be sung in other Feasts, Vigils or Solemnities. Grandious ang pagkakacompose ng music, and Easter Vigil is one of the highest mass sa mga liturgical seasons. And Gloria is Gloria. Walang nagbabago sa text nito kahit anong compositions especially kung nakabase ito sa Roman Missal.
Si Mr. Alejandro Consolacion, may compose sya lately na Papuri sa Diyos na ginamit sa Antipolo. This doesn't mean also na dapat sa ganung okasyon lang sya kakantahin.
