Yes, use "get attachment" action then use "apply to each" action and use "add attachment" action to copy to the new list. I will try to make video on this topic next week.

This is one option. I normally archive either by status change or age of item of combination of both.
This is super useful for my task. Would you please also let me know if we can also retrive the version history of the line item ?
For this, you will need to sign up for a third-party tool that can handle the regular backup and archival with version history
