Yes, use "get attachment" action then use "apply to each" action and use "add attachment" action to copy to the new list. I will try to make video on this topic next week.

Great video, thanks. How would you set up the archive, for example, you used the status column and had a status called 'ready for archive, where the flow looked for that status every month? I've love to see your view on that?

This is one option. I normally archive either by status change or age of item of combination of both.
