As a life long bunny owner and bunny shelter volunteer, here are some corrections: (1) Bunnies are prey animals so they sometimes can take a while to warm up to people and in general are NOT cuddly, or like being held. Bunnies are only held up high when captured by prey, so being picked up can be very scary for them at first. Every bunny is different, so in rare cases some do like being held and are more outgoing than others. (2) Since bunnies are highly social, it's best they are adopted in pairs as two bonded rabbits (3) Bunnies are lagamorphs, NOT rodents
