Season 2 ends on chapter 84. This is chaper 168. So the anime is only halfway there, meaning at the pace of S1 and S2 this fight will conclude season 4.

The hand holding Genos's core still has the glove on, so Saitama protected it from everything going on and still won.
Saitama was 100% avoiding killing Garou because Tareo, the kid who really likes Garou, asked Saitama not to kill Garou, so even after killing Genos he still made sure not to kill Garou.
no, he was absolutely trying as hard as he could. on the graph at first, they are almost at the same place, but saitama is a little bit higher, thats why saitama was winning. but it wouldve been way easier with two hands.

you should watch "saitama forgets to hold back and almost destroys earth". It's a shorter animation, but the amount of work that was brought into this is absolutely insane. It's definitely worth a watch.

the end of the fight isnt the real one.. He beated garou with a zero punch, garou teached Saitama how he could come into the past (before genos died) and he punch garou with the punch that was from the future but that travelled to the past. It disabled garou's power that was given by G.O.D so the end isnt the real one but the fight with the fart, the sneeze and the serious mooves are real
