Garou developed the power to copy anything and anyone. He copied saitama and couldn't keep up. He even copied the power of the sun and hit saitama. Still did nothing. This is 95 percent accurate to the Manga.

That’s radiation rain or whatever it’s called after a nuke goes off. Garou set off a Gama Burst on siatana earlier and sent radiation everywhere.
Also, Garou’s face change is him supposedly copying Saitama’s strength output equally. Throughout the manga Garou is able to copy others and perfect into his techniques. Saitama is somehow still able to pace him and honestly, it never looks like he’s trying all that hard.

Yeah Garou was constantly copying Saitama's strength equally but Saitama was growing exponentially stronger constantly during that so even if Garou copied his strength, before he could land a hit on Saitama he would have grown even stronger.

Garou is copying Seitama's strength but Seitama is copying Garou's techniques (if you watch his moves, it's exactly what Garou did on him earlier). Meaning Seitama surpassed Garou in strength and in Martial techniques too.

@@Nulnhility So what your saying is is that Garou is constantly copying Saitamas exact strength every second of the fight, but after everytime he does that a split second after Saitamas already grown exponentially stronger then the power he's copied before he can punch, therefore he has to keep doing it but cannot keep up and eventually loses

im pretty sure saitama didn't kill him there well he did but in a whole different way
i think before garou died he felt bad or regretted killing everybody i think or something like that and before he died he told saitama how to go back time
so he did that before everyone died and punch garou on the face killing him because he was getting stronger when he was fighting garou so he just one shot killed him there
i think that means he killed him technically killed garou with zero punches well i think thats how orr he killed garou then killed him in the past i cant remember

The only thing Garou regretted doing is killing his only friend/supporter Tareo.
So he then taught Saitama an ability that will send Saitama backwards in time and defeat that ominous future.
(Read the manga carefully!)
Also Saitama doesn't want to kill Garou cause Saitama made a deal with Tareo to not kill him but instead tareo wants Saitama to stop Garou.
