Throughout my years of watching football I've seen many great quarterbacks have sophomore year slumps. With CJ it's no different plus his team had a lot of injuries this year so I cut him a little slack. I'm pretty sure he'll bund's back in your 3. I hope Drake Maye makes a huge leap in year 2.
The way I see it if Josh McDaniels comes in he relearned the language once and if it works out McDaniels is here for 3 or 4 years at least because no one’s making him a head coach if you bring in someone similar to AVP and even if it does workout he’s probably gone next year and we are in the situation of him possibly needing to learn the new language again
They need a new offense. McDaniels will be great for Maye. But glad they are going to do a search. I just don’t wanna have a good QB and run the ball over and over.

Josh is a good long term solution for Drake. He’ll be there for years because no one is stupid enough to hire him away as head coach again.
