Love it! It looks lovely on her...the thinning that dreads can cause on some folks Is actually why I've never gotten them. My hair is finer throughout the crown bc of negligent hairstyles I used to wear 15 years ago. Luckily i have been able to prevent further destruction by never doing those styles again...but I have family members who have not been so lucky. Simply beautiful.
I have dreads with fine and partially silky, partially frizzy hair and the key is to not twist the dreads often for me. Maybe only twice a year. In addition, I wash my hair three times a week surprisingly it prevents breakage. I oil my hair twice a week. I oil my scalp with hemp oil I make. If you ever dread you might consider free form or semi free form, it can lead to very healthy hair depending on your hair care routine.

Over time I continued that routine until the sections started to dread. I twisted every 6 months for the first three years now I don't twist at all. I use peppermint soap to wash my hair that with my hemp oil that has menthol and rose mary oil plus cbd flowers in it makes it so I have NO itchy scalp.
