Mammut is the first, and AFAIK still only, wooden coaster that was entirely designed and build by companies from Germany. And if you ever wonder where the Transfer track is on this ride: It is the flat section in the Pre-Show building.
My first ever woodie! And people calling it a "Family coaster"? It may not have any wild ejector airtime, nor crushing positive Gs, but you have: good sense of speed, an insane first drop in the back, a great out of control feeling and plenty of headchoppers! And I found it pretty smooth too! Such a fun ride! I've ridden it twice during my visit and would totally get back on it next time!
This thing is so overhated, okay it isn’t intense but it’s a family coaster so it isn’t trying to be. It is glass smooth and if you just appreciate it being a family coaster it’s really fun.
its the worst and most boring wooden coaster i know. the video doesn´t do it justice. after the first drop ( which is underwhelming) you just sit there. thats how i experience it over and over again anyways.

Mammut is my most favorite wooden coaster in Germany. I remember one day a few years ago I managed to ride Mammut 38 times in a single day. 🙂

Love the themed pre drop. And it's airconditioned 😇
That’s a great layout!
0:18-0:38; this is why this is one of the more unique wooden coasters. You don’t really see anything like that on a woodie.
Damn this thing moves. Reminds me of el toro

Theres a video of a guy using modified roller skates and skating around this ride's entire track
Why does it look very rough.
Because it is super rough.
It looks like a prefab
Im no snob, by any measure.. but honestly, I only like watching the wood coasters on this channel ❤🎢🤩👍
