We stayed at the Del a few years ago for my husband’s work conference. The first night we were there our bathroom light kept turning on in the middle of the night. First time I woke up around 2pm thinking maybe my hub just left the bathroom light on (which would never happen-it was a very small room-but I just shrugged it off). Second time it happened it was 4:30am and I woke up to a noise and the bathroom light turned on🫣. My blood literally went cold🥺. It didn’t happen the rest of the trip. Our friend stayed in Kate’s room. He volunteered after another co-worker declined her room. The staff tells the guests at check in that it’s the haunted room. We had a little party in the room the last night. The ceiling fan started spinning on its own. You can imagine our reaction 😂. My husband, the rationale one who doesn’t believe in ghosts said it was due to the air conditioner 🙄. The guy who stayed there said weird things were happening and he couldn’t wait to check out. There is another You Tube video of an interview of a gift shop worker. The lady said that Kate likes to haunt the guests by turning on the bathroom lights around 4:30 in the morning 😳.
