    Really enjoying your tour! Re the dust - MDF is pretty nasty stuff. Have you considered on tool vacuums? Perhaps even battery versions for the mobility of hand tools. Companies like makita do on tool battery vacuums.

      I wonder if they could build plexiglass containers around their sanding stations where the operator could see the wood they are sending and have holes to stick their arms through the plexiglass to do the work. You often see this setup in chemistry labs when they're handling dangerous chemicals.

    3d printed sanding blocks are crazy. Could you show detail about it? Dou you just glue the sanding paper to the block?

    I see this plywood “pegboard’s” in a lot of lean shops Brad what did you call it again?? Yt boards? Btw Brad I’ve watched all you videos! Very inspiring!
